He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. The ladies that came IMMEDIATELY upon entry began bad mouthing the owner stating they were suing the owner due to his underpay and shady practices, offered me a booklet of pricing for their own personal side cleaning business, and attempted to leave my home 4 times saying they were done within an hour despite me paying for 3hrs and it not being clean. They eventually left but my home was not touched in several places like the microwave, fridge, countertops, outside of cabinets, ceiling light, shower doors, etc. I immediately contacted the owner and he said he wouldn't send anyone out to finish the job due to being short staffed, wouldn't give me a refund past $75 and after several times going back and forth with him he FINALLY agreed to give back $125 but STILL refused to send anyone out to finish the job. So I finished it myself despite being out hundreds of dollars. The following month 8/28/26 he texts saying he tried to charge my card for the full cost of another service and when I questioned him about it he didn't respond. Later that night I saw a charge on my card for $50. I didn't schedule anything with him. Even a recurring service wouldn't have been untill the 1st of September. This was 100% an unauthorized charge and I NEVER spoke to him since the previous month when he started he wouldn't be sending anyone out to my home since his staff needed to be investigated. He also attempted to send out the SAME STAFF that I put in a complaint about, that they weren't cleaning, were standing around talking bad about him, and were telling me they could do the job on the side instead of through this company and how this owner is a thief. Well I guess the ladies were right, because I was out hundreds, he tried to charge my card again, and I ended up having to deep clean my own home.
