Stop drafting stories. If you have proof, post it here and prove it like what I did. Otherwise, you need to realize you are an adult and you should be responsible for what you said. With my in laws out of the house, it was the perfect time! I contacted Kim through instagram, after verifying her Yelp page. She was immediately communicative. And prepared with everything she needed! I was working from home that day so she also asked me for a couple of things, but quickly mentioned that she had them out in her car too. She worked diligently for 5 hours!! I couldn't believe that my pantry was the same area. She did a terrific job. Cleaning, re-lining, reorganizing, etc. She checked in with a few times on some items so I could make a determination on them. she also sent me pictures of the items she threw away so I could purchase new ones!! They were hired to do a move out cleaning and did an absolutely horrible job. The toilets were not cleaned, the floors not mopped, blinds still dirty, cabinets were not wiped, the bathtub still moldy with their cleaning spray left on it. I was not at home at the time of the cleaning so couldn't inspect the work before I paid them - big mistake! I contacted the company multiple times and even sent pictures with zero response. She was very responsive until after the payment. Avoid this company at all costs! All of this that you are now mentioning after the fact was never communicated during the cleaning. All of this would have been fine had you just communicated with me. Your lack of responses to my messages was unprofessional, especially when I sent them multiple times. Tried calling, phone doesn't work. Tried messaging, you don't respond. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.
