I'm not gonna wait for that to be done. He should've asked if I was ready for him to do the third room before he packed up.

Regarding the time of my call, I called you in normal business hours in pacific time, and you are in Hawaii that I did not know previously, you are blaming me calling early? You are a very inereting person. I did not scream at your employee, and you need to stop accusing me for things I did not do. Like I said previously, you kept lying and I already posted the proof. Stop drafting stories. If you have proof, post it here and prove it like what I did. Otherwise, you need to realize you are an adult and you should be responsible for what you said. In addition, if that is the best your employee can do, including all the dirty places I exhibited in the photos here, then this is the level of service you are providing. Quite incompetent, is it?

Like others here, I had used Mark for years, great work every time. When Rudy arrived and informed…read moreme that he was the new owner, I saw no reason not to give him a try. He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off. Save your time and money and call someone else!
