Good quality. Bad service young guy we got asked which rooms and I waited for him to finish with the other two rooms before I was preparing to move my children out of the last room. He came and gave me the total for the two rooms he did AFTER he packed up everything when I mentioned the third room he offered to do it but that would require him having to take everything back off the truck. Rude, short-tempered, and extremely disrespectful owner. I asked for a quote. Workers came to look at place and then left I then called to ask for the quote. I received it and asked if they could come today. Owner was firm on price and I went ahead and booked. My review : I would not recommend or support this company given his behavior and poor phone etiquette. He squeezed me into the schedule and pressured his workers to rush so they could get to the next appointment. The owner then rudely called me, raising his voice and insisting his workers were waiting for me to move furniture even though it had already been moved. Instead of handling the situation professionally and moving on with the job, he continued to argue. I ultimately told them to just leave and I'd pay for the one room that was done (instead of the two I had booked) and that I'd pay for that. What a nightmare dealing with this company. SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE!!! I tried to help senior family members get their carpets cleaned - and the next thing is an invoice in MY name, without my authorization. I have tried to explain multiple times that the homeowner will pay but wants the invoice in HIS name since it's his house - I was just trying to help them get it scheduled. The "Director of Operations" will not simply put the correct name on the invoice, like it should have been done in the first place. She then says her "notes" say I told her it somehow involved a tenant and to talk to the higher ups at my company... nope, no tenants, no boss, no company, just a simple homeowner for about 60 years - Sterling's notes are wrong, and their decisions based on those notes are flawed. Sterling will NOT CORRECT their invoicing error, so they are threatening collections. Oh, did I mention the crummy job they did? I have photos of the VERY POOR RESULTS - and the homeowner is still willing to pay just to get this resolved but Sterling refuses to simply put the correct name and billing information to get paid. Awesome service! We recently rescued a new pup and the first night that we got her she decided she wanted to redecorate her new home. She ended up ripping up about 20 sq ft of carpet and padding. The next morning I called around to get prices, and not only was Sterling was the first to respond, but they also had the best price. First thing the next morning they had Pedro come in to fix it. So I called sterling for another job at another property since the first couple of jobs went so well. It was business as usual the tech showed up and gave me a price of $150 to steam clean my aggregate floors and $200 to steam clean and seal them. I chose the clean and seal and the work was done well. There were some smudges and dirty water spots on my newly painted baseboards and walls but I was able to wipe them off with a damp cloth. That wasn't too bad. The part that really caught me off guard was when I called in to make a payment. Kendall told me it was $210 because there's a drive charge to come out to my location?? I know it's only $10 bucks but it's the principle. The on site tech said $200 so why is the office saying something different?! It gets worse than that! I told Kendall about the discrepancy in cost and he said "well, he shoulda told you about the drive charge, either way it's $210" totally unbothered. I told him that I would write a review reflecting my experience and he said "you can write whatever you want" with complete disregard. That being said I will not use sterling again. Like I said it's only $10 but it's the principle of it. I'm sure you wouldn't want to be quoted one thing and at the end of the job charged something different. read more

Unfortunately one Time didn't take out all of the smell, so I contacted them asking them to come back out, not sure if they would or not. We had Sterling come out to our house before and were happy with their work. We scheduled with them today to have quite a bit of work done. We wanted five rooms stairway hallway and some runners cleaned. The guy shows up at 8:00 and tells us he has a 10:00 appointment somewhere else. We have two big dogs and a few cats. We don't wear our shoes in the house but our downstairs carpets were pretty dirty from the dogs. We didn't want to rush job so we told him to reschedule. He tells us there's a $50 rescheduling fee. I don't think so My husband calls the office and he insists that there's going to be a $50 rescheduling fee. So I guess we are getting a new carpet cleaning company. read more

They got right to work and did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpeting. They even cleaned one of our Oriental rugs, making it look like new. We have indoor dogs, so it was not an easy task cleaning up their body oils, accident areas and dirty footprints, but they did what seemed to be impossible. Wow!!!! Tod is the best. Found him using Angie's List and I'm not disappointed. He is the epitome of "under promise and over deliver". Our property was going on the market and it needed some cleaning up. I got a few competing quotes and decided to go with his company; I see I made a very wise decision. Before his magic, my realtor was not impressed and wanted to put it on the low end of market comps. After hiring Tod, the realtor returned and said, "Holy smokes! The house looks awesome." and proceeded to pickup her jaw off the ground. List price was adjusted higher and on the first day on the market, we got an offer at the list price. Tod was really great throughout the process. We live a few hours away from the property and trusted his team to do the work they promised. We were in constant communication via phone/text and he always answered. When I inspected the property, all was in order; interior cleaning/painting was done and front/rear lawn cleaned up with some extra touches. They put wall guards up on every corner the hose would hit so it didn't damage the walls, which was a great added bonus.
