When moving out of our townhouse, the contract with Managex specifically stated we had to have our carpets professionally cleaned. UGH! This sounded like such a hassle! We have a steam cleaner, and I thought it would be so much easier to just do it ourselves. So, I requested a quote (through yelp) and Daniel from All Steam promptly replied back with an estimate for our townhouse. He was quick, reasonably priced and polite in the email, so, we went with his services. Moving is stressful and it was a crazy busy day. My husband was out with my daughter at a volunteer event in Visalia, my other daughter had a cheer performance and we were in the midst of still moving items out of the kitchen and garage. AHHHH!! It feels stressful just recollecting this day. However, All Steam was so efficient it made at least THIS process easy! The gentleman appeared onsite right on time and immediately went to work. He worked very fast, but, more importantly, it looked AMAZING after! The townhouse we rented had stairs and two different types of carpet. Both looked absolutely amazing after his service. All steam handled the water damage for my apartment. We had multiple people coming and going from our apartment. Long short, each person had a different answer to our questions. Mainly we wanted a time frame or general time frame of how long the process would take, and what to expect. We had giant fans blowing through the carpet. Being that my husband and I both have allergies, not only was it miserable, but it smelled. They came back after a day and removed one fan. We were expected to have the fan fan blowing through the apartment hallway all weekend. They estimated that it would take 3 days to dry. We had issues with water damage on a Monday, fans were installed on Tuesday if memory serves correctly, and Wednesday they took one fan. 3 days would mean the fan should be turned off on Saturday, but they made sure to tell us they do NOT work weekends (but another employee said they respond 24/7?) so we should just keep the fan going into Monday. We spent all weekend with this giant, loud fan. My pge bill sure loved that. Afterwards, we're thinking everything would be over by the following week. Nope. The weekend passed and they came back out, assessed the situation and stated they would need to cut giant holes into my ceiling. After which we would have 2 fans blowing up into the ceiling (damage originated in the apartment upstairs). Of course, they made it seem like no big deal, it's like white noise right? My PG&E doubled during these two weeks. Our washer and dryer were unplugged and moved into my living room. Mind you there was likely damage to the kitchen wall but no one seemed to care or bothered to check the kitchen for damage. After they removed the horrible fans, they refused to plug my washer and dryer back up claiming my apartment complex did not allow them to (the complex advised that this was not true, these instructions were only for the upstairs unit). We had staff coming and going, no one could give us a time line, and communication between the company and my complex was non-existent. I've dealt with repairs for water damage for my parents house, with another company, and they were stellar. This place, not so much. We were going to pay to have our carpets shampooed (they shampooed the hall), but decided we would rather pay another company to come in and do that. This was a terrible experience. read more

I Have Been Being inconvenienced by this company now for all most a week. they came out dropped off these two machines that are noisy as all hell . oops did I cuss because when speaking with an idiot on the phone I told him id been waiting for them all damn day he said you don't have to cuss at me I said I was sorry as much as they're sorry for making me wait all day he said Not really I asked him his name and hung up . great customer service punk. not to mention the equipment was filthy blowing god knows what around my apt. read more

I had an absolute disaster at one of my rental homes - flood issue in back bedrooms and the tenant left the carpets wet for a couple of days as he was moving out and didnt care. Wheww! what a reeking job I had for these guys ! I have used other cleaners around town but have not received very consistent service from them and for this job I wanted someone that could get it done right so I could get this house rented again. These guys were great !! Very fair price quoted over the phone, showed up on time and not only did they get rid of the swamp smell they dehumidified the rooms to stop any moisture damage to the walls from happening!!! Very disappointed and left feeling like I had just been taken for a spin by a used lemon car dealer. At first estimate the representative was curtious and professional. However when the cleaners arrived they said the charge was going to be DOUBLE the original estimate. I showed him the original and he agreed, but was clearly bothered. In the end, no matter what the cost was my furniture was not cleaned well at all. There were areas which were not even touched with the cleaner. One star is to many for this company...DO NOT have these people clean anything of yours they are EXTREMELY inexperienced, rude and lazy!!!!! They came into my house with no respect whatsoever for my belongings. I had them clean my carpet and an area rug... they did a horrible job!!!! The carpet was left saturated in water and my area rug was ruined!!!! These guys are very unprofessional and act like they do not want to even work, I literally couldn't believe it when the guy that was cleaning my area rugs wanted to clean them outside and it was raining!! The owner was notified regarding the issue and never contacted me with not so much as even an apology!!! I had family coming from out of town unexpectedly and needed to get my carpets cleaned fast - I have pets and little ones and it shows up in the wear and tear on my carpets. I called these guys as some of my friends have used them and my friends were very satisfied with their work. My experience is as follows : The staff showed up on time and looked very professional - vans were clean and the equipment looked new. (I know it sounds picky but I've had other companies show up late and looking like they just bought their equipment at the swap meet - come on, do you want someones old nasty stuff getting sloshed around on your floor?) ... I walked around the house and pointed out areas I needed done - the staff spotted several areas that I hadn't even noticed and the quote given was very reasonable for the work being done. ... The staff was very knowledgeable - I asked a lot of questions about the chemicals they were using and got answers for everything I needed to know - I have some relatives that are sensitive to certain products so I need to make sure what we use in the house won't cause some kind of allergic reaction. ... I will definitely use these guys again - my carpets look great and my house smells a whole lot better thanks to their freshener spray they used on the carpets. read more
