I called Signature Fabric Care after reading some of the heartfelt reviews anout their service. It was all true! The owner Luis M and his assistant Joe did an outstanding, professional job cleaning our couch. It looks new and beautiful again! They arrived promptly at the agreed time, brought in their tools and went right to work. First they laid out rugs and covered their shoes so they would not track in debris into our home. Next, they worked as a team and vacuumed the whole couch then steamed cleaned it. It took about an hour and a half. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised at the result.
