I was robbed by an employee. I have items still missing. I had work done by Aaron's and the guy who cleaned my carpets stole numerous items and admitted to taking a couple of them. some items were returned by the police but others most have been sold because I never got them back. I talked to the owner and tried to fix this but the owner didn't care. loss of time and a huge headache. I should have been reimbursed for my troubles. anyways I would not recommend this company to anyone. they will steal from you. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. The young man was on time and very courteous and polite. He moved my big old traditional over stuffed couch and worked to do an excellent job. I set up a carpet clean through their website which was super easy and convenient. I got an email and text almost right away confirming my appointment and got an additional text a week prior. I actually had to change my appointment which I did by calling and they were happy to reschedule for me. I've used Aaron's quality cleaners a few times now and am so happy every time I do. When we moved into our house we changed the carpets and have two pets/two kids... so they get their fair share of some spills/accidents. We got home from vacation on a Friday and found our dog had an accident, immediately I called Aaron's quality cleaners and got an appointment for that Monday. I used folex and our own portable carpet cleaner to try to get the pet stains out myself and when it all dried you could see it was stained. Miguel has cleaned our carpets a few times and he is always so kind and professional, and as you can see from the photos the pet stains are gone! BEWARE - DO NOT USE. I had used Aaron's for years to clean my carpet and upholstery. Right before Christmas they again cleaned my carpet and came back the next day to clean my tile. The next morning the tiles "tented" - they popped up from floor and broke. Aaron's came and looked at it and said that the tiles were installed improperly and that their insurance would not cover the damages. These are the original tiles installed by the builder 20 years ago and just happened to have bad installation within 24 hours of the tiles being cleaned with a lot of very hot water and a heavy bouncy machine. Question- if my tiles were installed improperly why did they clean them without telling me this could happen? Instead they were happy to take my money (almost $500) to clean the tiles Again. Aaron's refused to take any responsibility and it is costing my about $9000 to replace the tile throughout my house. Matching tile can not be found it is so old. Company didn't even refund the cost of the cleaning. read more

I had Aaron's come out to clean our carpets twice. They do a fantastic job!! Their staff is friendly and professional.

We've used Aaron's about 4 times over the last few years. We previously used them to have our carpets cleaned at our old house. We moved and no longer have carpet, but we do have a sun room with aggregate (pebbles?) flooring. We just moved in February and the floor was in desperate need of a deep clean. I wasn't sure where to start but I called Aaron's and they offered steam cleaning for this type of floor as well. I am always super impressed with how good our floors looks when they're done. I really should take a before and after picture but I would be embarrassed of the before (kids and dogs, what can I say). Prices seem reasonable, but to be honest we haven't shopped around because we've been happy with Aaron's. I would highly recommend for any type of floor cleaning. read more
