It was as if Mark considered me a part of his family after we met for the first time, and he did not take any shortcuts to help explain every nook and cranny on how I can maintain the floors, bathrooms, and tiles on my own without having to spend a small fortune... Like others here, I had used Mark for years, great work every time. When Rudy arrived and informed me that he was the new owner, I saw no reason not to give him a try. He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off. Had Rudy & a coworker clean my windows in May of this year ( 2025). A screen from my front window was damaged. Rudy said he would repair it within the week. That never happened & as of this date the screen has not been replaced. They came last weekend & tried to place a new screen but didn't have the correct equipment. Then Rudy came @ 8:30 two nights ago & tried to get the screen together out on the sidewalk in front of my house ( in the dark ). A clean slate employees Eric and Rudy came to our home, Rudy has presented himself as the owner of the business. They have been to our home before to clean the windows. On this particular day Eric was witnessed to be standing by the shower/Bathroom area where no windows are placed and therefore had no business being there. When they left about 20k in jewelry was missing. After the Sheriffs department was involved, employee Eric was arrested and admitted to stealing the jewelry ( he had been in jail for burglary btw) was just out of jail after being locked up for burglary. Owner Rudy had promised us that he would work with the sheriffs department and pay back all what was stolen......that was all lies he never made any attempts to pay anything back and also did not cooperate with the investigation. When at the sheriffs department to identify Eric in a line up, did we find out that the owner Rudy had been trying to obstruct the investigation and not work with the authorities, as he is currently dealing with drugs dealing himself. Erik has admitted to the crime and has been arrested and is in jail awaiting sentencing as he admitted to the theft this at East is making it little easier. ( This can all be confirmed by the Sheriffs office) My question is under the owner information it shows person by the name of : Mr. Mark Laliberte, Owner Mr. Aldolpho Carreon, Owner on the BBB website however none of the real "owners" have reached out to us and the REAL question is why are there no background checks performed on employees before having them work in 80 year old disabled Veterans home ?? THE COMPANY HAS NOT RETURNED ANY IF OUR CALLS. I love a clean slate. The Owner is very kind and fair. I prefer when he comes out to the jobs I feel like we get an extra touch. He remembers you when you call and does not take calls while on a job. I've used them 3x now, and plan to again in the future. Initially I had a shower surround hard water spot removal/cleaning done on a rental, and it was night and day difference. I was truly astonished at the results that I didn't even think were possible to achieve. I've since had tile/grout cleaning done on a home and a sectional couch cleaning done, and I'm equally impressed by not only the quality of cleaning, the end result, but also the super reasonable pricing on all services! Next, I'm hoping to schedule an exterior window cleaning.
