Hired Joseph to clean well established (likely 25 years' worth) of algae and moss gathered on our roof. Joseph came out to look and the work and provide a quote, and he gave a detailed overview of his approach. He gave a firm estimate of the time the work would take and threw in a couple complementary services due to the amount of work to be completed. We later agreed on a date of service and Joseph arrived on time and ready to work. He soon discovered that the algae was more stubborn than he anticipated and would take much longer to remove. MUCH to his credit, he honored the agreed upon price despite the face that his original time to completion was 4-5 hours and he ended up working on our roof for 2 whole days. Plus, his work was amazing! We didn't notice how worn our home looked until Joseph did his magic, but what a difference! We will definitely be hiring Trinity for future maintenance and I highly suggest you do the same. read more

I'd highly recommend Trinity for window cleaning services. I called on a Tuesday after being stood up by another company, for whom I waited two weeks for. Joseph (owner) was very polite and prompt, and showed up only an hour or so later for an estimate. He beat my previous estimate by 10% and scheduled me only 2-days out. I received a text the day of the appointment letting me know they were on their way. The arrival was as planned and at the very front of the appointment window.
