CARELESS-UNPROFESSIONAL-LACK OF INTEGRITY Hired the window wizard to clean my solar panels for a third and final time. Owner changed my appointment without informing me first, Brandon did show up the next day but with an attitude! After Brandon "cleaned" the panels he made a statement that my solar panels had a defect in them. When I asked if he took anything pictures so I could show the solar company he got nervous, and said he was too busy and was running behind schedule. After a few minutes we both went up to the roof and sure enough the only issue was he didn't clean the panels correctly. He made a few more excuses before stating he would come back on Sunday to clean them correctly. In good faith I paid him but he never came back nor did he give me a receipt as requested. I gave him a fair chance to correct the issue but he failed to do so. It's clear the owner hustled me for $60 bucks but I'm not mad, I just hope that cash helps him buy some dignity for his next job. Hopefully this review helps anybody thinking about hiring this amateur. read more

Maybe someday you will learn to do what you say you are going to do and keep your commitments. I looked through Nextdoor app to find someone near me & with a good reputation for window cleaning. I knew my windows were dirty but I didn't realize how dirty until I saw the newly cleaned windows. Windows had not been cleaned since we purchased new build 3 years ago. I was in awe when I got home because of how much brighter our house was with clean windows. Each time he has worked for us, he has arrived on time and goes to work quickly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the work that Brandon has done for us. Nobody showed up on the date as planned, and of course, he did not answer several texts or calls that day, as I just wanted to know if anyone was planning on coming or not. My windows and clean and sparkly as a crystal castle! I have a two story 2700 sq foot home with many large windows and six doors in my courtyard. Brandon came on time and was extremely professional and did an excellent job on my windows at a very reasonable price. I first hired Brandon to clean our Solar Panels in 2018, he was professional, reliable, polite and courteous and I was very please with his work. I continued to use Brandon's services twice a year for 4 years, but over the last year this guy has drastically changed. Brandon was once very professional, but he has become very unreliable, he doesn't return calls, the last time he came to clean our panels he showed up late, then he was having problems with his equipmen, when he finished the job he usually would send me before and after photos of his work and when I asked for the photos he kind of had an attitude and told me he forgot to take them. At first I chalked it up to him just having a bad day. Then when it came time to pay him the $60.00 for the job he told me it was now $70.00. I paid Brandon the $70.00 he asked for as I really didn't have a problem paying him the extra $10.00 as I know that the price of gas was out of control and a lot of businesses were having to raise their prices to makeup for the cost of gas, but he never gave me receipt which also wasn't like him, so I texted Brandon to remind him to send me the receipt and I mentioned that I didn't have a problem paying him more but in the future, I would appreciate a heads up before he does the work of any price increases and that as a business owner he should always let his customers know the price before he does work. He immediately got upset and drove back to my house and left the $10.00 on my doorstep. He refused to come back to get the money or return my calls. Brandon doesn't seem to take constructive criticism very well. Six months has gone by and it's time for my next solar cleaning and I get an email from Brandon to schedule our next cleaning on line. I figured, I would give Brandon another chance, and figured he must have just been having a bad day last time. I go online and schedule the appointment and noticed that the price for 15 panels is still only $60.00 on his web site, I texted him to make sure the price before scheduling and he doesn't respond so, I go ahead and schedule our next cleaning, which he cancels, so I schedule again and he cancels again. Not sure what happened to the Brando that started this business but the guy he is today doesn't deserve my Business. If he treats his loyal customers like this I have to see how he treats others. read more
