This is a great company! Dallas was prompt, honest, hard working, professional, had great customer service and had great prices. His attention to detail and his knowledge made it an easy decision to go with this company. Dallas installed bird netting, cleaned my solar panels, clean my gutter added adhesive so bird won't land on the peaks of my house and clean my whole roof. He even clean my drive way after along with adding adhesive above my front door where birds keep landing and added netting to a couple peaks on my house where birds tend to go. He did all this for a great price and did a fantastic job. He is very responsive when I had called for an estimate and even came out and discussed and gave me and estimate in person as I had many questions. I appreciate this as all other companies I contacted just sent an estimate through the phone and did not offer to come out and really look at what was needed to be done. Dallas made sure I was happy with everything he had done before I paid. He even took the time to explain everything a second time to me. I never felt confused about anything he did or rushed. Well worth the price. Don't risk falling; let the professionals handle it! Dallas Aust (Principal / Owner-Operator of Primetime Services) responded promptly to our request for services. He and his assistant power washed our 50 Solar Panels within a few days of the time that I contacted him {559-999-0300}. The two men cleaned our panels within 45 minutes of beginning the job. They left our panels spotless and caused no damage to our lawn or other vegetation. Dallas offers a military discount (including retired military) on second and subsequent visits. I will have him clean our panels again in about six months. According to their website {https://primetimesolar.pro/}, Primetime Services also offers Window, gutter, and roof cleaning as well as "Bird Proofing" (whatever that is). We have not tried those services, but based on our solar panel job, I would expect an excellent outcome. read more

Requested a quote back in May, they came out and gave me a free estimation. Requested a solar panel cleaning, pigeon guard for around the solar, and exterior window washing. Received an itemized breakdown of the quote. Note, between the free estimate and the itemized quote the price did raise a little bit but this was expected as with anything breaking down the costs can always lead to an increase. It was minimal, however and the price was still very reasonable. Team came out in June and spent a few hours cleaning the panels, installing the guard, and cleaning windows. They took extra care of my screens, even gave the solar panels a second wash (as they were extra dirty). They did fantastic work, their reputation precedes them! Firstly, he is the only bidder who actually came to the house, examined what was needed and explained what exactly he would do, including taking the gutter guards off and then returning them after the gutter cleaning. Secondly, he tied our 29 solar panels to the job explaining the importance of getting rid of the roof debris from under the panels as it's a fire hazard. We were having a really bad problem with pigeons on our roof and their droppings were all over the side of our backyard. It was getting to the point that we had to rinse the concrete almost every day if we wanted to walk by. We have a 3 year old and we're concerned about him getting ahold of the huge clumps of the droppings so we decided to get some quotes for bird caging on our solar panels as well as panel cleaning and pressure washing the roof (droppings EVERYWHERE). I reached out to several companies and got about 6-8 different quotes. Most of the quotes were near the same range however Dallas' quote provided the most detailed explanation of costs regarding materials and labor as well as a two year warranty. Dallas was absolutely not the cheapest we found however we were not basing our choice solely on price. Dallas was informative, very quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and upfront about costs. I told Dallas we wanted to use his services and he immediately responded with the date he was available which was only a few days away. The day of our scheduled service, Dallas texted me once he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and he did an AMAZING job setting up the bird caging, cleaning the solar panels, and pressure washing the roof. After he left I noticed Dallas had missed a spot on the patio roof and it needed to be pressure washed still. I texted Dallas and he returned a few hours later (same day!) and washed the area he had missed. Keep in mind this was in 105 degree weather. Dallas was incredibly kind, responsive, helpful, and he provided the absolute best service we could've hoped for. It was expensive (but fair) to get the bird guards but not as much as I imagined and well worth the service that Dallas provided. It's hot and dangerous on our room even in May before the summer months...can't imagine the summer around here. Dallas was meticulous in prepping the yard to avoid debris in the pool and cleaning up afterwards, evening skimming the pool. We found a roofing company with GREAT reviews to repair our roof and clean the bird droppings off of it. They repaired it ok, but made a total mess out of the cleaning job. If they would have simply vacuumed the pile that accumulated on the mesh, it would have been ok, but they used a blower! They broke our bird mesh from our solar panels (and lied about it - we have before and after pics) in the process. I got on Yelp and looked for a company to help clean the mess which was now UNDER our panels. The owner had a job in our area and just happened to be driving by our house while we were on ladders trying to clean up the mess ourselves.
