Crystal Clear Window Cleaning, did a sub-par job on our windows and shower glass spot removal. Ken Davis, the owner, came to our house, evaluated the job and gave us a quote. According to Ken he has been in the business for a very long time, hence I was sure he knew the man power needed to complete this job in a timely manner. The crew did show up on time and were courteous, but informed me they were a man short. There were supposed to be 3 people but by 1 o'clock there was only 1 person working. They needed to come back another day to complete the job. They charged $799 to clean the windows and $200 to clean the shower glass. Our house is a single story, 2500 square foot house. I am very unhappy with the results of the windows,as I feel I,paid a premium price. And extremely unhappy with the results of the shower glass as I can see where they misapplied the water repellant. I will never use this service again. I would never recommend this service to anyone. read more

I wish I had taken pictures of my windows before Ken at Crystal Clear Windows did his miraculous work. I bought this house recently. The windows had so much calcification that I thought I was going to have to replace them. Ken and Russell looked are them and told me they could restore the existing glass. This company is first class. Ken is so professional and kind. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly. But they did not sacrifice quality. I've tried a couple of the big window washing companies with terrible results. One even damaged my property. But Ken was so careful and his crew respected my home. My windows were filthy. Ken and his team did a great job cleaning out our gutters last week before the big rain storm. This week he was back to clean our 18 windows and 2 french doors plus screens. Both times Ken was on time and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. Windows are nice and clean now, so it will definitely will rain tomorrow.
