(Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. On an interesting note, Wilcio was born in Haiti, has an American wife from Tennessee AND has been here for 10 years. He speaks three languages (French, English, and Creole ). He is a family man with several children, and works two jobs. I highly recommend Wilcio and will not hesitate to contact him in the future. This is a business worth supporting!

Brilliant Solar Panel Cleaning Service! I just had Exterior…read moreSurface Pros clean my solar panels, and I'm thrilled with the entire experience. I'd been putting this off for way too long, and I wish I'd done this sooner. Quality of Work: The difference is night and day! My panels were covered in dust, pollen, and bird droppings (thanks, Fresno), and I could literally see the grime coating them. They used specialized equipment and techniques that were clearly designed specifically for solar panels--no harsh chemicals or abrasive methods that could damage the surface. After they finished, the panels looked factory-fresh. I've already noticed my energy production has increased noticeably. Professionalism: These guys really know what they're doing. They arrived on time with all the proper safety equipment for roof work, which immediately put me at ease. The technician explained their process, showed me the before condition, and then walked me through the results afterward. They were careful around the panels and my roof, and I never felt worried about potential damage. Super courteous and respectful throughout. Affordability: I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing. Solar panel cleaning can be expensive, but their rates were very reasonable, especially considering they cleaned 49 panels and the quality of service I received. Highly recommend Exterior Surface Pros for solar panel maintenance. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny!

Alcover Construction was the first to promptly reply and set an appointment to evaluate the scope of the job for the following day. Even though I was expecting to get several bids later that day he was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable that I offered him the job on the spot. (He even went above and beyond by pointing out an issue an different fence line and offered to correct it) The following day I was out of town as he started the job. He was in touch via text and phone call updating me as the project progressed. Due to this awesome experience Alcover will be the first call I make for my next project. I recommend that you call him first too. 5-stars..

He arrived on time and was very professional, even advising my wife not to enter the bathroom with our baby while he worked since the dust might affect her. Francisco offered maintenance and care tips for the access panel and educated us about his other services. Would highly recommended him for the quality of his work and efficiency.

I wrote this on 8/22/25, and the information is accurate as of this date. I suppose this company can renew their license at some future point, get their bond and worker's comp insurance updated, and delete the blurb about them being a female owned business, thereby making my warning here moot.
