She was very apologetic, she saved a sale and gained a customer and future reference. After that point, she provided accurate updates on when her team would arrive on my scheduled date. I was very happy with the quality of work from Advanced Roofing and Raingutters and even called them back to install an additional downspout in the front of my house based on their recommendation. So I would recommend them to anyone looking for gutter cleaning and repairs or new gutter installation. They offer very competitive pricing and would do business with them again and I appreciated Leticia's efforts to make things right.

The price was unbeatable, but the customer service and quality of work are what really stood out. If you're looking for rain gutters, I wouldn't bother calling around. Gutter Pro is the only company in the area I would recommend. Easy 5 stars.

I didn't go with the roofing company that my buyer received her estimate from (after researching some of their reviews). Yesterday I searched online and made a couple of calls. My first choice was Roof Pros Roofing. I am so grateful I found them!! Their reviews were excellent and after my first call, I understood why. Rudy is so easy to work with, communicated extremely well and understood my timing issue. He was able to have my roof looked at with a drone (to avoid any further damage from unnecessary walking on it) . He had my tiles replaced, repaired, and emailed me a 2-Year Certification as requested, along with pics of the roof looking fabulous! And this was all done in one day! AND to top it off, his price beat the other estimate by a couple hundred dollars! Roof Pros Roofing more than deserves this 5 star rating. This is the only company I will use in the future. They couldn't have done anything better. They are truly exceptional. Thanks again Roof Pros Roofing! You really came through for us and the new owner. And saved us some $$. You made Christmas and closing much sweeter!

I had rear gutters put on my little house in Seaside - not a big job, but as always it's important…read moreto finish off the details nicely. Which they did! Lepe's was recommended to me by my wonderful roofers (Slaten and Sons) who no longer do gutters and have forwarded all their business to Lepe's. I was grateful to have the recommendation. Their office manager, Iris, is a doll and very helpful getting the estimate and install arranged. I ended up having to take a final while they were doing the install (thank you, prof, for that one) but the guys got the work done with very little disturbance. We did have a few minor snags with timing, which I've come to expect with busy contractors completing multiple jobs in a day. Usually it's easier to nail the timing with early morning appts, but since I am in the field in the mornings, only afternoons work. I'm grateful they were able to work around my weird schedule and were super nice about the adjustments. Word to the wise - when Iris puts the appointment in Calendar, this is the time *after* which the appointment will start, not the time that it *will* start. So, my 12N appt actually started at around 2pm. But they finished by sundown and it looks great, so no worries. Also, for those of you on one-way streets or with limited street parking - the guys come with a trailer that needs to be plugged in to operate the gutter cutter, so they need room to park. In my case, they took the trailer back to the shop and manually cut the gutters to fit on the sidewalk because there wasn't enough street parking space for them to work. It was a little tricky, but I so appreciate their extra efforts. The final result is lovely. They matched the color of the new front gutters that I already had and placed the downspouts so that they'd be least obtrustive while moving water away from the house. And the price was right! No haggling, very reasonable, detailed invoice that didn't change from start to finish. I had read another 2022 review that said that they don't take credit cards, but they do now (2023) with a surcharge. I paid via check though and that was easy after getting an invoice emailed to me the same day. Overall, I would totally recommend Lepe's. Great work, guys!

My recommendation is definitely to shop around, understand what you need and find the best options and the company for your project. They can have huge differences in how they approach and price the work. In our case, this company was the best one, and they did an awesome job, but most importantly for me, I never felt being taken advantage of even for a moment, or feeling convinced into something I'm hesitant about. They did the job as how I wanted within reasonable constraints, and it was reasonably priced.
