We had a pigeon nest and 3-4 pigeons living under our solar panels, creating a big mess in our backyard with branches, broken eggs shells, pigeon feces on the ground. When I called Jonah he said he was able to come out around 1100 and give a me a quote after inspecting our roof and solar panels. Services done included: Solar panel cleaning, cleaning out pigeon nest and feces on roof, netting ALL the solar panel areas, installing 2 eaves to prevent pigeons from hiding there and power washing the top of our entrance area. Jonah and his team was super easy to work with and provided a lot of education for me for roof and solar panel maintenance, particularly with pigeon infestations.

(That story is one for another day). Bottom line is Jonah and crew gave me a fair price, worked with me on payment, communicated well, and finished the job. They did the job when I was at work, and when I got home, there was no mess left over. They cleaned up the worksite amazingly and the panels looked awesome. Jonah guaranteed his work and even said he would come back if there were any issues. As of now, there have been fewer birds on the roof and no nesting (knock on wood). I will be calling him if I have any solar panel maintenance needs in the future!

Dave & team assembled my fairly large 11' x 13' gazebo and they did a great job. I appreciate them…read morebeing very clear and upfront about any issues they found. One part was damaged in transit and another was missing some nuts, but they were able to work around it until I get my replacement parts. I could tell they took pride in doing things the right way rather than quickly - the final assembly is tight and everything aligned properly. They even put a tarp over a walkway to keep it clean. Side note: My previous assembly attempt was through Handy and ended up being a nightmare as the contractors rushed through the job. They didn't properly align things, so some screws were hanging half way out while other holes were forced and stripped of any thread. I wish I found Fraser Construction first and saved a lot of headache.
