Our job involved installing two outlets (see pics) near our two toilets, one GFCI the other a regular outlet. We needed electricity near toilets to install bidets to reduce our toilet paper usage, since TP is worth more than gold at the moment. Jamie plus one worker showed up on time and in full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): masks, shoe guards, eye protection. They finished the job in two hours, about a half hour of that was spent cleaning the work area with a bleach solution. He also cleaned all surfaces that were touched including door handles. The door would lead to the backyard and would provide direct access to a bathroom so you wouldn't have to walk through the house dripping wet. So the original guy basically took my money and ran, but not before knocking out the stucco around the exterior of the window. So I decided to go with a professional, licensed contractor. Enter Dave with Fraser Construction. He literally saved my house! The first day he came to the house to look at the mess, he shook his head a lot. He was unsure exactly how to go about fixing it. But he figured it out and we couldn't be happier. We now have a beautiful, functional, safe door which provides access exactly how we wanted. Our hot water heater decided to have a slow and agonizing death over the course of a few months,…read moreand it finally took its last "breath". We called four different places to get estimates, and a timeline of when the hot water heater can be replaced, and most places were WAY over priced and couldn't even have a replacement done until after Christmas. Luckily, Jack was super prompt about calling me back, AND when he came out and gave the estimate (which was extremely reasonable) we said he could have the new hot water heater installed the next day. Skip ahead to today... install went amazingly, and Jack and his crew did such an amazing job that we will be having him replace our other hot water heater in a few months. Eventually we will also have him replace all the electrical outlets in our 50 year old house, and as well as have him resolve some of the issues we are having with our plumbing. I am extremely satisfied with Jack's service, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and rates... DEFINITELY our go-to for electrical and plumbing... THANKS, JACK!!!
