So I've gone to this place and i have been disappointed little by little time and time again. Today was the last straw!!! I went in on 11/14th to order a ceiling fan and was told the estimated arrival would be between 11/20th to 11/24th. Was told that i would no be charged until I picked it up at the store. The money was withdrawaled from my bank account yesterday so I anxiously called the store thinking it had arrived, and they just forgot to call me. I called a day later and they told me that it had not even been shipped yet from the manufacturer. Needless to say I immediately canceled the order and asked for my full refund. I went this location @ 84 East Shaw Ave fresno Ca 93710. No one greeted me or asked me if there was anything they could possibly help me with! There were at least 7 to 8 sales reps (all males) in the store and a couple was at the desk being assisted. There were 1 to 2 other customers browsing at most It felt as though I was very invisible and being discriminated for my race. I am a well dressed professional female with cash. My browsing in this establishment lasted about 15 minutes, still not one individual approached me with a smile or any kind words. Very bad beside manners and unprofessional. read more

I bought a clip light form them that started flickering in 5 months. These things happen I thought, I'll replace the bulb. Wrong! bulb can't be replaced. But they were nice, they replaced it at no cost. Guess what happened? After six months the new light starts flickering! Lamps plus, I need a lamp that lasts more than six months !!!!!!!!!!!! Follow up. I contacted LP based on Amira's note and explained the problem in detail. Got no answer. In the meantime I needed a lamp, so I got one at Ikea for one-fifth (yes, one-fifth) the the LP price. Let's see if it lasts more than 6 months. Stay put, I'll post the result. read more

I went into the store today and was greeted by a really friendly sales rep who helped us. When the employee needed help regarding pricing he went to the manager who was so rude. Alex Grabbed my phone start going thro the phone when he was clearly only suppose to look at the item I was looking for. He then just took his sweet time trying to look for any excuse not to price match. I told him I would rather order online through Amazon or Home Depot anyways with how bad his attitude was. which is exactly what I did I ordered a light fixture for half the price and a furniture item for half the price online. well I was in Fresno for a medical appointment and I purchased a lamp drove home opened the box and it was the wrong lamp. Funny enough I joked when I walked out the door that I hope it's the right one since I don't live in Fresno. Friendly and competent staff who were willing to climb a ladder and change bulbs and reprogram remotes just so we could see what the ceiling fan would look and operate at in the home. Terrible service at the Fresno location. I tried getting help from three different sales people, but none of them had any product expertise. All they wanted to do was tell me that the choice I made was wrong and try to get me to buy something more expensive. When they finally went to get the item I selected, I was told that it was not where it was supposed to be and now had to be special ordered. No apology, just told I had to wait 2 weeks. The light on our ceiling fan stopped working. I took the light kit to Lowe's and Home Depot and they couldn't help me. Didn't know what was wrong, couldn't get a new part. So, I took it to Lamps Plus and they while they were tracking down the part(which they could order for me), someone else was testing the light. It turned out that the receiver for the remote was what went out. So they ordered that part for me. I got it the next day and it fixed the problem!
