So my husband and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for a while now. Currently have a king size that we purchased about 4years ago and the dents are all over it. It's so uncomfortable and we've been waking up with aches and pains for a few years now. We've also flipped it around so many times I thought it's definitely the time to invest in a new mattress. Googled the nearest tempur-pedic mattress store and we were in the area and decided to come here. We arrived on a Saturday just before noon. We were greeted by William D. He opened the door for us. We were the only customers which was nice that we didn't have any competition in looking at possibly the same mattresses as other customers. William asked what we were looking for. We told him that we were interested in a tempur-pedic firm mattress. He was so welcoming, and his vibe was very lively. He showed us three mattresses that met our criteria. He took his time to educate us about each matress and demonstrated the great qualities that Tempur-pedic offered. He also allowed us to freely lay on the bed without feeling rushed. He answered all of our questions and not once did we feel pressured to buy (like we normally would feel coming to furniture stores). After some time of going back and forth we decided on the first one William showed us which was also his favorite; TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt 13" Firm. He also gave us recommendations on breathable mattress protectors. Throughout the buying process William was very helpful and patient. He also gave very clear instructions with caring for our mattress, protector and delivery instructions as well as warranties and the 120 night low price guarantee. I told to the sales rep that we have a bed frame with a built-in slats. She suggested that we should buy a "bunkie board" that has a flat surface, and this way we can keep the warranty for the mattress. But their so- called "bunkie board" is not a board. It's slats covered with a thin paper sheet, making it look like a board in distance, but obviously it's not a solid board if you touch it. We ended up having two slats under a mattress. I was naive enough to buy their water proof protection sheet for $75 (king size) but later I found out that Amazon sells it for $30. read more

I have to thank the unhelpful sales person. First impression of the store was it was a shell with beds in it. My wife and I laid in a few beds and I got a tickle in my throat and coughed, with my mask on. The sales goof said I regret to inform you that if you keep coughing you have to leave. I purchased a Mattress here about a month ago, The KING size mattress Did Not fit my KING size frame, There is a HUGE gap Between the Mattress and the foot of My Bed frame, My toddler has fell thru many times now, my last king size Mattress filled My bed frame perfectly, So Not sure what type of King they sold me,, but it's Much shorter than what I've had.. I called to make the return and was informed by the sales representative That 1. There was a 20% charge to return the Mattress 2. The "Free" adjustable base that they give you with ur purchase is No longer Free and will be charged full price for it.. 500 dollars! 3. 100 dollars for There people to come haul it away. The Mattress I bought was 2800 dollars, Upon purchase the sales rep told me that If I was not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with it, It would only cost me 100 dollars restocking fee to return it within 120 days. Long story short, the cost to return my 2,800 dollar 9 inch short of a King size Mattress is Going to cost me 1200 dollars!! So it makes no sense to return it.. I am PISSED!!! We went there to look for a full size mattress march 3, 2015. As a shopper we are looking for a good deal so we as this sales guy for a cheap mattress but not that cheap with a good quality. He pointed as to one of the serta flat spring cheap mattress and told as that the cheapest one and I answered him what's the next better one but not too pricy. I was shock with his answer, ( if you want cheap go to goodwill or Salvation Army). I was really mad and just left coz I don't want him to ruin my day. We Made sure he knew we needed the mattress delivered first thing in the morning because I had too get someone to help. Husband has Parkinson. We went in on 10/14 and Sarah helped us. After trying several mattresses, I chose a Tulo firm. She said that we get free pillows and mattress cover. We then called my son and told him that we wanted to buy a mattress for their 3 year old. So we purchased a Tulo for me and later in the day my son and daughter-in-law came in and looked for a mattress for our grandson. They found one and the salesman told them that it came with the free pillows and cover. So they sent me a picture of the mattress that they wanted , I went over and saw Sarah and showed her the picture of the one they wanted and paid for it. So this week they came in and I picked them up on Friday. They said that the mattress that my son picked did not come with the free pillows. So my son insisted that the salesman told him that it included the free stuff. I spent almost $1000 and I feel they mis-advertised. read more
