The owner and one to two other people would accompany her and they would spend about three hours cleaning my house. As time went on, the service really went down. she kept changing our schedules dates and times for service. We didn't end up using this service for very long (a couple months). There was quite a few issues with the services provided. I just advise people make sure everything is clear with them and you do your due diligence before hiring. Get things in writing and signed. She had excuses for everything. She was only at my house for 1 to 1.5 hrs cleaning and would cut out early because she said she had to go up north to SF. (she was by herself mostly. Sometimes she'd have another person with her)

My house was in very bad shape since I am disabled and cannot do much, so the dust and grime has built up, but they tackled it and were extremely detailed! They even cleaned a few things that were not asked of them which I was very grateful for. I even had a few special requests because I have birds, so I required the use of a few non-toxic, pet-safe cleaners, which they gladly used instead of their own customary products. All of the communication with them has been timely, professional, and they send out reminders as well. I'm so glad I found them and will keep on utilizing their services!

I'm sad to say my second appointment with Maria's cleaning service was canceled due to the cleaners being ill, which is perfectly understandable during flu season. It's very disappointing as I had given an honest first review. I don't know why they didn't want the job... too much dog hair perhaps!? But some communication would have been much appreciated.

No not enough I said ok how about 400$ they said yes later said they wanted paid 500$ first half and 100$ second half , so I'm paying almost double what she quoted. I knew it was a bad idea but I had it in writing and they promised they would come back ! for that price I just wanted it finished and they were already there so I agreed ! , well they lied !! I was trying to be nice because the house was dirty I just moved in , they only cleaned half the house they said they would get everything in each room and didn't , I cleaned the rest up . they said they would come back and do the other half, when I try to make plans to get the 2nd half , they say they won't come back unless for150$ ..I know for a fact I could have gotten a better deal , scam , never going back unless they fix the situation.
