Instead of handling the situation professionally and moving on with the job, he continued to argue. I ultimately told them to just leave and I'd pay for the one room that was done (instead of the two I had booked) and that I'd pay for that. His assistant, Rick, came by and did a thorough job, vacuuming leftover debris, and going over tough stains, even wore protective foot covering and set up the hoses and equipment carefully to respect property and furnishings.
