We contacted Wilcio and sent a couple photos of our front house brick, that needed power washing…read more Keep in mind that our house is 51 years old, and has NEVER had the brick 'power washed'. (Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. On an interesting note, Wilcio was born in Haiti, has an American wife from Tennessee AND has been here for 10 years. He speaks three languages (French, English, and Creole ). So...funny story today. Not only did I call on May 7th with…read moreno response AND called twice this morning about two pressure washers I dropped off on March 7th for repair but, nobody ever cared to call me back. Daniel, the service manager doesn't know his ass from a hole in the wall OR about customer service and failed to let me know the status of these two units after such time. So...I drove down, as I lost my patience with A&E, to pick up the two pressure washers. On a recommendation, I pulled into Steam Cleaner Inc. Chris and Art were more than accommodating. I asked them to do what I asked A&E to do two months ago and Chris didn't think anything of it and quickly got to work on it. Art gave me an estimate and I was off. No shit, I received a call from Chris 20min later saying, "Come pick it up. It's ready!" What?!?!? - I flipped a U-turn and was back at Steam Cleaners where not only was the unit repaired but, Chris showed me the problem, the fix and the amount of pressure it was pumping. Transaction final, I was eager to get home and reinstall and use my pressure washer once more. Perfect! I'm happy again. If I need anything else pressure washer or steam cleaner related, I'm coming down here. Hands down, Art, Sam and Chris were the best example of customer service I've seen lately. Great job guys.
