Dave was at my house all throughout the project, making sure I knew where they were in the process along with what was happening as they went along. He answered all my questions and treated me with the utmost respect. He recommended things that should be done (sagging patio and AC stand/elbow that had been done poorly) and he knew people who were able to repair them, either prior to or in conjunction with, the roof getting done. I contacted Dan at Cardan Construction and he came out the next day to determine the cost of repairs. After his analysis he made his bid, we found it fair and gave the go ahead. The work was completed and the results were excellent. Dan met with me several times during the process and explained what was needed.
