Had a leak at the base of my master bath toilet. It appeared that the wax ring seal had failed. I called WCC Plumbing at 9:15 AM, described the problem, and gave them my address. Will, the owner, told me he would be there at approximately 10:30 AM. Will and another gentleman arrived several minutes early and went straight to work. It turns out that the toilet was originally installed over linoleum flooring. I have since replaced the linoleum with tile. The tile installer who removed and re-installed the toilet did not take the proper steps to raise the flange to be level with the new, thicker tile floor. The new wax ring did not make an adequate seal and after only three years it failed. Will explained that raising the flange now would require me to have the tile floor pulled up, the flange jackhammered out of the foundation, and raised to be level with new tile. This would have been a major expense and because I did not have left over matching tiles, finding a match would be very difficult. Will suggested a simpler, but reliable fix of using two wax rings to make an adequate seal. The job was done by 11:30AM. Leak fixed. Outstanding and trustworthy experience. It is rare for me to write a review these days. However, I have to stop and set aside some time to leave a great work done by WCC plumbing. I called in to have Will stop by the house, curious to know about regular maintenance for my property. He was able to provide me the best available schedule and was excellent at communicating if he was going to be late. Once he gave me a quote for the fixes around the house; two minor and one major. He was fast and true to his word on providing a fair price. After all the work has been completed in the amount of time he stated he also was helpful in educating me of future repairs and maintenance required. My sinks and toilets back up yesterday about 4:00 pm. I had just moved into my home the week before and had no idea who to call. I started going through the listings and got through two who both said that it would not be until the following day, late in the day and that they could do "emergency" service but the charge for that service was not applicable to the bill. My third call was the WCC Plumbing. Will answered the call and was here within a half hour. He was honest, straightforward and explained what the issue was and what he would do to fix it. Once he did the repairs he was insisted on me flushing the toilets and running the water in the house before he left then asked that I stayed and looked over the clean out while he did the same inside the house so I could verify that all was running properly. I had a leaking faucet in a commercial building. I first contacted one of the large well known plumbing companies. They came by, looked at the problem (no tools touched the faucet) and said they'd try to find parts. 3 weeks later, they called and said they couldn't find parts. On top of it I get a bill for $50! They also quoted $425 to replace the faucet. Since I still had the problem and knew a new faucet wasn't necessary, I called Will based on Yelp reviews. He came out the next day. Will is a great plumber. You can call him and he will give you the best service out there. I had my water heater go out. Will came out installed a brand new (A.O. Smith water heater) and hauled away the old one. The job site was cleaned up and no evidence that my water heater had gone out. Before that we discussed the idea of putting a tankless water. Will gave me the pros and cons of a tankless water heater and guided me to make my decision. Also After the installation Will follow up with me after to make sure that my water heater was working to my standards. Will even came months later to help me with my Steam Shower. I would rate the service as excellent. I had received estimates from several other plumbers regarding a hot water heater replacement that seemed extremely high, so I called WCC plumbing. The service was prompt, Will was extremely courteous, and forthright, he provided me with a detailed explanation of code requirements as well as water heater options that were available to me. Contacted WCC Plumbing this morning and quickly got a response. We explained what was going on and Will said he could come out to look at our water heater. They were here in 15 minutes. Great work on my water heater replacement from WCC plumbing. I originally had a home warranty provided plumber come out, who quoted $400 in out-of-coverage "code upgrades." I said no thanks and settled for a cash out to replace it out of warranty. I scheduled with Will from WCC and he came out on time and got it replaced in one day and only charged an additional $50 for code upgrades. The work done was excellent. Will had to cut a hole in my wall in order to access plumbing. Afterward, I called a mason repairman who told me the following: "Whoever did this plumbing for you did good work. Normally, they just knock a hole in the wall. We've been fighting with a slow bathroom sink drain and finally lost the battle. Stopped completely. I called WCC Plumbing today, around 12:30, and Will graciously squeezed me on short notice. Will is a plumbing wizard. Because of the detection of a gas leak, our natural gas service was turned off. We were advised by other plumbers that we would need to "repipe" at a cost extending to $10k. Through skill and tireless persistence, Will located and fixed six leaks.
