There was no problem scheduling him to come out and fix the problem. He went above and beyond and fixed another one that he found as well. He was on time and her caregiver told me that he was very clean in doing his job. He kept me updated all the way through the process. I appreciate that more than anything. We had issues with the sink drain pipes leaking , and that led to not being able to use the dishwasher. Will responded to my message through Yelp within 20 minutes and it was late in the day . I was impressed he continued to respond even though it was after what would be regular business hours. We set up an appointment early the next day and he was out on time to give us an estimate. I also had him look at a problem with our shower that had leaked . He quoted a price for both jobs and came back the next afternoon. The estimate was accurate and he had both things fixed in under an hour . He also fixed an issue with the dishwasher that I had no idea was not working properly. Called WCC and they came out within 30 minutes, worked on it for a while and it wasn't fixable, and so they didn't charge me. I got a new faucet (the old one was a cheap piece of sh!t) and called up WCC again. They came out the next day and replaced the whole thing in under an hour. Did a nice job and it only cost $95. They don't mess around. They just get the job done and get you back in business. What's not to love about that?! * * * (12/16/2019) - Had another job for Will and crew. A leaky shower. I want to say I've used WCC for more than one job around the house. Prior to this, they've been professional, reliable, and efficient. The first time they replaced a sink faucet, and then on the second time they installed a new shower/plumbing. However this time we got a quote for them to replace our main water line and to install a water softener. I didn't know I would have so many problems. They quoted us a price and then later said they needed an additional $700 for installation of water softener. Then they said our water softener we got they could not install due to liability. Fine they won't install it so why should we suddenly pay 700 that they suddenly taxed on. Before we paid them I asked they put back our drip system they tore out when they put the new piping in. They gave such attitude that they don't normally do this. Seriously, it's like a completely different company. Even after we paid them there is dirt clogged in our water pipes. Now I got no water in one bathroom that we need to fix. And our grass is now dead due to them putting dirt ans cardboard on top of the sprinklers. They also broke one of our pavement walk way light and didn't say anything. So in the end, they were good for previous jobs but I don't know if there is been some changes in their company, family life, covid. I don't think i would ever use wcc again. I've never been this disappointed before in a company we previously had good experiences with. read more

Had an issue with a toilet leaking and company coming to visit later that day. WCC was able to repair the issue quickly the same day!

Messaged them from yelp, got a response back in less than 15 minutes. They told me they could be there in an hour, which was great, I didn't get the message in time (my fault), but they still were able to show up on the hour mark, which I really appreciated. They fixed my leak, and I also ended having a blockage 60ft done the line, and they were able to take care of everything really quickly and same day! My kitchen sink is back in business and I've had zero issues. I can't speak on pricing as I'm not familiar with other companies, this was the first time I've had to call a plumber and my experience was great. I will be using them in the future. read more

Will is a great plumber. You can call him and he will give you the best service out there. I had my water heater go out. Will came out installed a brand new (A.O. Smith water heater) and hauled away the old one. The job site was cleaned up and no evidence that my water heater had gone out. Before that we discussed the idea of putting a tankless water. Will gave me the pros and cons of a tankless water heater and guided me to make my decision. Also After the installation Will follow up with me after to make sure that my water heater was working to my standards. Will even came months later to help me with my Steam Shower. I highly recommend WCC plumbing to all my clients and friends. Will gets the job done and doesn't try to add more charges and stuff like big name plumbers do. read more

I'll give two stars because he unclogged my sewage block on Veteran's Day and charged me $450. Said he only gives military discount over a thousand. Additionally, he complained about the clean out valve he installed, insisting his company wouldn't have installed that, because the type of tape or sealant or whatever it was he was complaining was used, but when I showed him the receipt, he didn't acknowledge that he had said anything. He told me I need my sewage system replaced, which I probably do, but his quote was over $3500. I wasn't pleased with the service, and felt like I was taken advantage of--from the original install of the clean out valve to the time they ignored my call to this last visit. Contacted WCC Plumbing this morning and quickly got a response. We explained what was going on and Will said he could come out to look at our water heater. They were here in 15 minutes. It was so nice of Will to come out take a quick look and he quickly figure out what was wrong. They just notice a simple fix did it in less then five minute.
