The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Even so they replaced the new valve washers just to be sure and reinstalled the seats with teflon tape and tested it out. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.

He showed me the leak was from the dishwasher. I had to paid P&P $160. because the guru guy could not unscrew 2 screws. Thereafter I had to pay guru guy $205. for his joking around, talking silly, he asked me if I painted, I said yes then I realized he was snooping in the other room where I have my art supplies. He put one valve under sink water pipe, called in 2 guys to remove dishwasher, they left grease skid markers on our new floor planks, guru guy had a few more corny jokes and it seems that he stayed a long time doing nothing. FINALLY he left. I am physically challenged and I feel that guru guy took advantage of me by hiring P&P needlessly. Later when I purchased a dishwasher (it's still not installed) I text guru guy and asked...as a curtesy can you connect the 3 electrical wires to the dishwasher? He bulked with a long he tirade to charge me again for connecting 3 wires. I know how to connect 3 wires, I'm not lame yet my hesitation is that there is a connection with a water hose from the dishwasher to a water pipe under the sink. I can't afford guru guy & possibly he brings in another plumber to connect 3 wires...of course, I would have to pay both guys. Honestly, I feel scammed. Let me echo what some of the other reviewers have previously stated: Jonathon is a true professional who has vast experience and knowledge of his trade. He was extremely easy to work with. He's very responsive which was a real surprise to me. Most businesses give you the run around and say they'll work you into a schedule that always seems to be busting at the seams. He made me feel like my needs were a priority and that no job was too big or too small. If I needed him, he was gonna be there. I am very appreciative of the level of customer service I received from Jonathon. Day 1. we discussed my needs - I had a toilet that had a slow leak and needed to be repaired. Day 2. He was repairing a slab leak and I cannot believe there are licensed. He mounted the pipe to the cabinets that were being removed, and he knew this. He also left the pipe exposed and didn't even concrete anything properly. The work that was done is completely trash and they did not deserve to be paid. They took advantage of the homeowner who didn't know any better. The homeowner is going to pursue his money back and put in a complaint in regards to the work Johnathan provided. We confronted the owner Johnathan about his terrible work and he refused to take responsibility for his huge costly mistakes. CSLB will be hearing about him.

Well after 2 hours of waiting for them to clean it out, they come back and tell me I have a septic tank. They then wanted to dig it up out of the ground to get access to it and drain it because that's where the pluming was backing up. They dug up my whole side yard and it took them about 4 days to complete the work. They charged me $400 per worker to come and complete the job, on top of $2,000 for the first job and over $5,000 for the second job. Come to find out no one charges those prices and they never even cleaned up some of the toilet paper debris left out in the front yard. Then they called for payment and were extremely rude when trying to collect, stating that my checks weren't clearing and they're waiting for my debit card number. Like very unprofessional. Overall it was a bad experience, besides Cody the main worker going above and beyond to at least fix the situation. Still don't appreciate the whole situation. Be careful who you go through.
