We contacted Comfort Now and were able to easily use their online chat. Once we officially set up the authorization, we were contacted and on our way to having someone show up to our house. Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. I will be looking into a second opinion from another company to see if I either got bad info from installers or from service check. Lee's does reputable work, but they seem find something that needs fixing. If you use them and that every service check means fixing something, it might be time to go elsewhere. PS.
