My AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air. The previous AC company I used doubled in prices just to come out and look, so I figured I'd shop around. The reviews for performance read well so, I called to get some pricing. I spoke with Kristie I believe and Marcus was sent out immediately! In my opinion their prices were very reasonable! But what stands out most for me aside from the pricing was the ease to get someone to come out, the professionalism, and the customer service. Both Kristie and Marcus (tech) were awesome and very professional. Marcus was thorough in inspecting my unit and providing a quote and following through with the work. I called at about 2 pm with 103 degree weather. He was done with everything in about an hour or so and my AC is up and running. I will keep them as my new go to company for heating and air. I also received a 5% discount on my service. With today's cost the fact that they even are willing to offer that is awesome. read more

Amazing job by Mike from kingdom Cooling, we had an emergency with our AC unit. Water was dripping and cracked the ceiling, I made the call to Kingdom Cooling who immediately came out to help us out and gave some advice on what to do. Did I forget to say he fixed the problem that was caused by a different AC company here in town?!!. Thanks Mike. read more

Quick and high quality. Top notch service and incredibly thorough and professional. Highly recommend.

My central air conditioner stopped working last night. Today, 07/11/2021, was supposed to be 115° and I didn't think anyone would be available on a Sunday during a record breaking heat wave. The heat made it difficult to sleep so I got up early and started searching for a repair person. It was 5:20 am. I called Performance on a whim hoping someone would be there and Rigo answered. I was more embarrassed than anything because it was so early but I asked him if I could get service today. Rigo asked me some questions and then made some suggestions. He said he was booked solid but he gave me the number of another person and said to give him a call and that if I didn't get something set up with him, he would come out later that night. After some more researching I figured I'd be able to do the repair myself. I found the part and replaced it. It was exactly what Rigo had diagnosed over the phone. I'd already finished the repair when the phone rang and it was Rigo. He asked if I talked to the other company and if not he'd stop by on his way back. I said no, and that I actually fixed it myself. He kind of chuckled and said "all right!" Rigo is a class act. His books were filled solid but in the best interest of the customer, he suggested another shop. He could have easily booked me the next day and made the money himself. You just don't find people like this very often. Someone who obviously puts his customers needs first. For that, you'll always have a customer in me. Thanks Rigo, feel free to come by anytime for some carne asada! Thanks man, Rich read more

Rigo was fast and very professional. He diagnosed our problem and fixed it within an hour or two of arriving. No stress, no hassle, just reliable. Highly recommend Performance Air! read more

They came within the time frame that was sceduled and provided excellent customer service.

Knowledgeable and professional. I love that when I asked for a quote for a yearly service a price was given instead of a run around like other businesses that want your information first. He was able to catch an issue before it became an issue and is knowledgeable about warranties too. Will definitely have him service the heater in winter. I feel it is rare to find an honest and fair repair technician. Will be recommending his services to friends and family. read more

Exceedingly pleased with the efficient, affordable and expert service we received from Performance Air. Friendly owner Rigo quickly responded to our call for service. Riggo is the best! We called him to evaluate our dual air conditioning system at our home. Another major competitor told us we needed both air conditioning systems replaced due to a coil leak on both. They estimated $38,000 expense. After seeing reviews for Riggo, we requested a full evaluation. He found the system in the attic was still factory sealed and had not ever been accessed. He also found a small part removed from tubing and laying on the ground. He replaced it and stated that he found no other problems and we certainly did not need to replace our 2 air conditioning systems. Riggo can be fully trusted. He is quick to respond to calls even after hours. He now takes care of 3 of our homes for us. I would highly recommend him read more

A burning smell started coming through the vents of our house so we turned off our A/C right away and started looking for a repairman. Rigo responded to our Yelp inquiry within the hour of my request said he'd come first thing tomorrow morning! At first, we were worried because of the July 4th holiday weekend that we wouldn't get anyone to come out for a couple days, but Rigo responded on July 3rd, and came on July 4th holiday! He assessed the unit and showed us the problem being an issue with the blowing motor. He replaced it and now the A/C is working great! He was very thorough, prompt, responsive, honest, and affordable. Give him a call for your A/C repair needs! 10/10 would recommend :) read more

My AC stopped working today and I didn't find out until I got home at 6pm. I searched online for anyone open a little later and found Rigo. My house inside was 98 degrees and outside was 105 degrees. So super hot. I gave him a call and he had to make a trip to Hanford, so he could stop by on his way. He came and checked out what was wrong. A part needed to be replaced and he had it!
