BUT I didn't change my review because I also paid $1250 ten days ago, one-half of balance, to redo an electrical box. I was told it would be done quickly and then I was ghosted. It's very difficult to find a good contractor. I used the Yelp project option that allows you to get an estimate for the job. Eli gave us a good rate to change a bad breaker. As well, he came out on a Sunday, on Labor Day, when he would have otherwise been closed. I contacted Eli around 9:30am. He said he could get it done by noon. When he realized we were a little further away (45minutes), in Three Rivers he still kept his commitment. He was done by noon. I've had Eli and David out to our property several times over the last 8 months. Most significantly, he evaluated our electric panel to see if it needed to be replaced. He was honest in his evaluation and suggested a cleaning, which he did, and found a rat corpse that had fried inside the panel. He cleaned it up, checking all the fuses. If you have an older panel, I highly recommend his cleaning. He also trenched a 220 line from panel to our new AC split system, added under-cabinet lighting in kitchen, added outdoor GFI's, added indoor Insteon smart plugs and will be returning next month to trench a line to a new well.
