They told me I needed to get a plumber to test & find leak in house before they would turn my propane on. I wanted someone local if possible and right away. Allstar came out next day and after inspecting all the pipe connections throughout the house. Couldn't find a leak but after tracing the smell, found two spots where pipe had been rubbing against both hot & cold water lines going to our washer! It was a miracle we didn't explode or rupture one of the water lines! Richard & Paul were able to cut out out & repair all 3 lines & had me back in service same day. Super great guys. Very respectful & courteous. Highly recommend these guys.

Recently it needed service I called Western Plumbing and said I needed their assistance with my water heater I purchased from them. They were not concerned with my problem and said clean it without turning off the pilot. When you pay good money for a water heater it should turn off and on as needed. They sold me a non functional unit and wouldn't come out and help me get it working I was willing to pay for service but wanted it fixed right they didn't even call me back or schedule me for service. Showed him both problems, the other being an overflow issue with the dishwasher. He told me how to fix that issue and within 30 minutes sent a quote. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150. After a growing frustration with it, then checking both Next Door and Yelp, I decided to call Ricardo. He was awesome to chat with about the issue. He was willing to drive out to us and check it, and we were willing to pay the service charge. At his suggestion, he had me text him photos, including the model number and serial number. He called me back a few hours later. He had researched the issue and determined original parts are no longer available. (I had researched separately and had come to the same conclusion.) Ricardo added that in his experience, the aftermarket replacement parts are not the same quality and have been problematic. His recommendation was to plan on replacing the refrigerator if we still wanted that capability. No charge for his time. It was a great experience and highly recommend him.
