Over the course of the last two years, he has replaced our hot water heater, washing machine P-trap, snaked a slow shower drain, installed a toilet, replaced our broken garbage disposal and re-piped the kitchen and two bathroom sinks (upgrading the flipper installed flex-pipe to standard PVC). Today is another perfect example, a Saturday morning & no hot water, I called RDL in hopes of getting an an appointment for the week knowing they were closed on the weekends. Another plumber was going to charge me a ton of money to install a new Clean Out. Glad I called Ryan for that second opinion! Turns out we had a Clean Out after all. Slightly buried, but it was there. Ryan used camera equipment to find the exact location. The funny thing is, that it wasn't even in the same location the other plumber had marked for digging! Ryan came out 2 years ago (see above) to install a new water heater. I found a leak in my master bedroom and called in another plumber (literally anyone I could find) since it 1) it was near an electrical socket and 2) I live in a 30 year old house. I was afraid the plumbing had rusted over and was leaking. Long story short, the plumber came out and found it was leaking from the water heater. Not the actual heater itself but one of the hookups. He asked who installed it and I remembered it was RDL plumbing (Ryan) who did it and I called him up. He understood the problem but was slammed so I had the other plumber fix it right then and there. I called Ryan back and he owned up to his work and just came by and gave me some money back due to the issue which almost covered the whole cost of what I just paid for the fix. I first met Ryan earlier this year when my water heater gave out. He told me what was wrong and offered the solution. Not the solution I wanted to hear, but his honesty, sincerity, efficiency, and knowledge made the blow of buying a new water heater bearable. He purchased one for me, replaced it, and disposed of the old one. Unfortunately, I had to contact him again on 11/14/17.
