I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

That being said, it seems like the staff are always new people now, which is reflected by the quality of service. Yesterday they closed at 3:30 (Saturday after Christmas). The young man literally locked the door in my face promptly at 3:30. I was trying to drop off a prepaid label package and I could see the driver through the door. He told him he would be in trouble for scanning my package at that point, and the driver wouldn't take the package because it was not scanned. So I called the Visalia UPS Store and they were so nice! I did have to drive all the way down there but their holiday kindness was totally worth the drive! My 2nd day air package made it on their truck.

The staff is extremely unknowledgeable about general and basic understanding of the SOPs - when the attendants reach out to the manager on duty (blond, younger) she spoke to them as if they were dumb. Extremely disrespectful to her staff. They were many guests in line waiting to be served as well, so this manager what not only disrespectful to the staff, but literally to the customers that were in the store as well. Not only do they have printers and printing in their store, but it is a shipping facility and they have boxes and tape to package things. When i went in to complete the same task.
