I've had a my stuff here with security public storage for more than an year and have never had any problems. Very satisfied with everything all my belongings have always been safe thanks to all the staff n great work read more

My wife and Iare moving and needed sonewhere to temporarily store our furniture. After doing an fairly in-depth search for the highest quality at the most affordable price, we decided to try this place out. We were able to book our storage space at an amazing price online. When checking into the office, the individuals helping me were very proffesional and welcoming. They took the time to show me my storage unit and make sure I was satisfied with everything. Unfortunately the unit wasn't the right one for me. They were more than happy to accomodate my requests. They had a system in place that allowed me to fill out all of my paperwork on my phone and they both wore masks, practiced social distancing, and provided hand-sanitizer. The facility is well-secured with cameras, a fence, and an electronic gate. They also conveniently have a couple of semi-trucks to rent which could save you money when transporting your belongings to/from your storage unit. I can make all of my payments online and am very satisfied with their customer service, their facility, the price, and their hours of access (6am-9pm 7 days a week.) Five stars! read more

Very friendly and helpful will be here for mouths and very clean I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

I have rented a unit from them in the past and previously I had little to no issues. The staff is usually helpful and understanding. But this rental experience has been a completely different story. The rise in price is completely understandable due to inflation. But the problem im facing is the lack of understanding and how money hungry this company now seems to be. I unfortunately had my car broken into prior to moving and my storage unit information was stolen. I had to replace all of my information including the lock (which i paid for BOTH times, no issue or complaint). The manager incorrectly helped me put a lock on and I received a call saying to come and fix the lock or they will cut it off and move it and MY account will be charged for it all because i had to go to work and couldn't make it within business hours! The units are priced decently, but their policies are a bit out of hand! I would recommend in the past but im not completely sure if i would recommend now. Also, ive NEVER missed a payment either. Always paid on time or even early. read more

Great spot. Very helpful staff. Clean and cozy. Highly recommended. Moises was great!

Exellent service. Very nice owners. He was really cool and patient. He took us to the storage and made sure we knew how to open it. He showed us how to exit and how the alarm and everything worked. I definitely reccommend this storage facility. read more

The employees are very helpful and have been very welcoming every time I inquired something . The units very clean and the area and safe

Super awesome and mega helpful. Really released all the stresses of moving. Will keep coming here till I get rid of all my stuffs

Have been with Security for about 9 months now. They gave me a great deal on a 5 X 10 unit. They have a very convenient location in the middle of town located close to everything and freeways. Their location is very secure and safe as well. They have always helped me out on anything I've ever needed question wise or with my unit specifically and get back to me very quick. I would definitely recommend Security Public Storage to a friend. read more

My first public storage experience and a great one at that. Excellent layout to the facility, the prices are great and the managers are extremely helpful. Plus, they are right around the corner from the 54 so you get quick access to the 5 and 805. Highly recommended to anyone who lives in the South Bay. read more

We came back to this Security Public Storage location after renting from them 2 years ago. So happy the manager Lorenzo is still there. Besides great price, location, and security measures, Lorenzo is a pleasure to do business with. He treats all customers as people, not transactions, and is genuinely nice. He drove us to the unit the first time, made sure we understood how to use the security features, and helped far above and beyond what we expected. Thank you for being there! read more

I had a unit previously and am now recommending it to a friend. They chose a 7x10 unit for 71.50 because of a first month half off special that's currently in effect. I believe the 5x10 unit was going to be in the 50s range. They also rent uhauls on site. It's seems best to make a reservation since most of the uhauls were already reserved. Jessica in the office was very nice and helpful and was the employee escorting us through the grounds and showing us sizes and quoting us pricing. The property seems very well structured and clean. They issue you a pin to punch in everytime you enter. The manager, whom I met in the office, lived on site and says he checks all alarms that would go off 24 hours a day. They're office hours are M-S 9-6 and Sun 10-4. I even got a free mug just for checking in. :) read more

This is a very good place I have been here for years even my grandma had them not leaving anytime soon :) nice people always

Security Public Storage, I would have to say is great, the staff and their customer service are and have always been exceptional. They haven't dropped me yet lol, as many times that I've been late on my payments and i so appreciate that. So thank u guys and keep up the good work. read more

Have had a pleasant experience so far. Service is great; the manager Lorenzo Hernandez III is very friendly and helpful. He was reassuring that the property is well secured as he lives on the premises and every unit has an alarm that is activated by a pin code of your choosing. The prices are reasonable especially with all the opportunities for discounts. Military moves can be a hassle and having a reliable storage facility is at times hard to find. Glad we went with this one. read more

Highly recommend this place, especially if you are military. I did a lot of research before choosing a place to store my things. After reading various reviews (of other locations) of people having their things stolen and the management assuming no responsibility, I was very skeptical about storing my things anywhere. But then I ran across the review for this place and I read nothing but GREAT reviews!!! I stopped by the unit to check out prices and that same day I left with a unit. Much thanks to the manager Lorenzo! He caters to military and knows how to run a VERY professional business. He is very courteous and wants to make sure you leave 100% satisfied. I definitely feel that my things will be safe at this storage facility. read more

SPS is the best place for storage, great prices and professional service with no added fees. I am on my 3rd unit here and would not move to ant other place. THANKS SPS read more

Best storage rates I've ever seen! The manager Lorenzo H. took great care of me, and the other patrons! I came in 30 minutes til closing (fault on my side for not checking in sooner) and a couple of other people came in at the same time to pay their storage rent, Lorenzo was the only one working at the time. He quickly prioritized everything and took care of the quick payments before he could give those of us seeking a unit his undivided attention. He helped me find a unit at a WONDERFUL price way cheaper than anything I've seen, and he told me they didn't charge any hidden fees. The next day he called me to follow up on everything. Great customer service, prices and most importantly safe, clean storage! read more

First time using their service and it was great. I was moving my stuff into a storage unit for a few weeks while I waited to move into my new apartment. Originally I had reserved Uhaul storage space up the street, but the unit's size was misrepresented. So, I was referred to Security Public Storage. Lorenzo and the staff were very helpful as I explained my situation. I found a large enough space to store my furniture, and at an affordable price. Definitely a place to check out. Thanks guys. read more

When we moved down here, we searched for the cheapest storage place in the area. Normally cheaper is not always better, but these guys are top-notch; friendly, professional, and most importantly, SECURE! read more

Beware! The on-site manager Lorenzo seems like a nice guy but he is full of empty promises. We went there to get a unit for 12 months and he told us things we wanted to hear so they can earn our business. He gave us a tour of the property and showed us a couple of units, but none were the ones we wanted. He told us one will come available since they had 20 units sold at auction and they were just waiting for 24 hrs for buyers to empty them out. But when it came down to signing they said they didn't have the one we wanted after all. Big disappointed!!! They screwed us over and he didn't seem a bit apologetic at all and we have to move our things tomorrow. Do not give your buisness to them! I give them 0 stars if I could. read more

Great customer service, happy staff. This is my second time using storage space and will continue with this company for a long time.

Forgot to mention that last year they did some major improvement by updating their regular doors to the roll up metal doors. Major improvement and better security. I feel that my items in storage are better protected now. Also easier to get by hall ways that were sometimes partially block by the old swing doors. Happy with service & easy access. read more

I made my first online payment last month, since I was unable to make it into the office that day, and it turned out I was a day late on it, and thankfully no late payment was added. I enjoyed the fact that it was so easy to log in and use the site because the last storage facility I stored at made their online system more difficult after sometime of using them and it made making payments miserable if not able to get to the office. This company is amazing and I'm happy to have found them. Thanks for making renting from you a stress free matter read more

Easy location, nice facility. Some reservation confusion but it all worked out. Inside is nice and air conditioned.

Friendly clean and helpful staff. Talked to Mgr Lorenzo Hernandez III, that assisted me with my payment and discussed storage size alternatives to better suit my needs. Rates options vs storage area per square ft very competitive and the overall establishment upkeep is very clean and secure. Best company for all your storage needs. read more

I had not been to SPS since 2011 and liked the fact that they had improved the storage units (roll up metal doors). I did shop around and was offered 50% off at another storage but when I called they were able to match the discount for 2 months.Giovanna was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me but when I went to sign the contract the guy (I don't recall the name but I will get it from the contract. I know he is not the manager that lives on site) was quiet and I felt like I was selling my own unit. I had to ask him to show me specific units, at one point I apologized if I had to make him walk. I thought maybe it was because it was almost closing time maybe he was tired. I moved my stuff in and that was the end. I went a few times after and the property was always clean, security is great and it is quiet. Definitely feel like it is a safe place to store items. So... 2 months later my mom needed her own unit and I went to ask for a smaller unit and the pricing. Well the same guy was there and he was (again) not helpful or taking the initiative to sell. I asked what were the specials and if she could get the 50% off like me because she was a new customer and he said no because there were not many units. So I asked if there was something in a different area and although I asked for a specific size he offered a 10X10 (I needed a 5X10). Again I felt like I was selling myself a unit I told him ok I will keep the prices in mind and will shop around other storage facilities and he simply replied "ok sounds good". Wow that guy really is a superstar at selling and keeping the revenue up. I didn't even get a "have a great day". A lady was sitting in the main computer and I am sure she heard but didn't even look up to say anything. The whole vibe was awkward so I just left (it was around 5 they probably didn't want to bother since they would almost close). I called days later and Giovanna was able to accommodate me and find a unit that was smaller with a discount price. Definitely demonstrates the employees who have the sales strive. Within days of my unit expiring I am going to keep the unit I have and let my mom keep her stuff in there and pay full price but hope we can find another unit or storage facility for next month. The facility is great, convenient and prices are not bad. I wanted to give 5 stars but because of the sales guy I just couldn't. I feel like I rented my own unit (minus the paperwork). Maybe more sales training or incentives is needed for the employees. Just a tip for future customers (maybe try to go before closing to rent a unit), Giovanna is the On-site manager and she is very nice and helpfu you might want to go with her. She will work with your budget and try to accommodate you. Well I will be going in to inquire about a future unit and I will update to see how my experience was this time around. (Hope they give me the 10% off since it is my 1st review :) ) read more
