Andrae 1st met with my husband for an in-person consultation and then he provided us with several options. We could have used an old video camera system with some new additional cameras or we could go for a complete security system upgrade. After discussing the pros and cons of each with Andrae, we opted for a complete security system upgrade with new cameras and monitor system. We had a total of seven cameras installed. Andrae and his team installed all of our cameras in one day. We can now view our property LIVE via the security camera app Andrae helped us to install on our phones. The service provided by this business was great. From our initial phone call, to the in person consultation, to the camera installation day, and finally wifi internet connection of cameras with FiOS service. Andrae is very professional and we highly recommend him!

Security Camera NY was the first company to contact me on my latest quest (I've been researching…read morefor 4 months) for a security camera installation. Grace (who answered the phone) was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and arranged an appointment at my convenience. Avner came to survey the areas I wanted for camera installation. He answered all my questions in a professional and experienced manner. He described what options I had in terms of wiring and recommended the best area(s) to place the security monitor. Avner was also the first person who provided a quick written estimate that included the brand name of the merchandise he was planning to use. Grace called later to inquire if I had any more questions about the installation. The price quoted was affordable and within the range I had been quoted by other companies. Based on the quality of customer service I had received thus far, I hired them to complete the job. Avner and Hugo exceeded my expectations on the day of service. Hugo worked tirelessly all day to install the required wiring and cameras. It was very important to me that the wires would not be all over the place as I had seen on many security cameras' websites. Hugo DID NOT disappoint. He surveyed the areas where the cameras were to be placed, and contemplated the best way to install them with a minimal use of wires and be inconspicuous. Avner connected the monitor to the DVR and explained its use in layman's terms. Hugo was very accommodating and would not leave until we were 100 % satisfied with the installation. Moreover, the cameras that were installed provided a clear crisp picture. I find the Security Camera NY was very efficient and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. A year's warranty on labor and parts, free training and support is included in the price. The installation includes a connection to Internet they may be remotely viewed from any PC and any smartphone. I would strongly recommend you hire them. You can't do any better than Security Camera NY.

Others don't know how to find the stud in the wall or which kind of anchors to use etc. FINALLY I found the best in the business. In the last year, I hired Andrey to install 3 TV's in my apartment (one 65" and two 55" sets. I could tell right away when someone is intelligent, knows their business and is honest. I've been around NYC all my life. I then hired him to install safety bars in the two showers in my apartment. AGAIN. Perfect workmanship. More recently I hired Andrey to install six more TV's in my home. Two 65" sets, two 55" sets and two 43' sets. Some articulating, some not. Two are angled down from high up on the walls. PERFECT . In the house, he just installed two heavy mirrors tonight. PERFECT, and in this house, just like in my apartment, he installed 4 safety bath and shower bars like he did in my apartment. I have had a TON of work done on my home and apartment in the last year or so and I have to watch every single thing they do. Fortunately I know how things should be done. Andrey is the FIRST person I hired where I do NOT have to watch over him while he does the job. If you are looking for someone to do ANY kind of TV installation, don't even bother.
