I moved to I2B because I wanted to work with a provider with a more family like feel that still had the technology required for me to feel comfortable moving and running our server infrastructure from their facility. I have had nothing buy great experiences and they have always been accommodating. I recall one network outage over the past 6+ years and 0 power issues, even when San Diego lost power. From my favorite late-night tech (Max O.) who I have always been able to trust with quick and intelligent remote-hands, to Chad, Mike T., Mike F., and the rest of the team, everyone there has always provided that personal touch that makes I2B unique. An enterprise-grade datacenter, with the personal touch of a small business, and staff that take pride in their work, know their stuff, and seem to like their jobs, too.
