It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. And I started off getting a small climate controlled unit, then opted to go instead with a larger regular unit. The climate controlled units are doubly secure, as you access the locked gate with a code, then have to enter ANOTHER locked door to access the unit. When I decided to make the change, I went inside to visit with Kathy, who made things super easy for me. Kathy even asked what time of day I would most often be visiting the unit so she could give me a unit that wouldn't be facing the hot summer sun during my loading and unloading times. My 10'x10' unit is super reasonably priced, and I have access from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. And let's not forget the mobile app! You can pay your bill, manage your account, and even open the gate from the safety and comfort of your vehicle without messing around with a keypad (which is still an option.) They were only following orders and doing what corporate told them to do. In the invoice it stated $100 cleaning deposit (I had a crisp new $100 bill). No problem there. It also stated that they accepted cash. Every place accepts cash. And credit cards What they meant was they ONLY WANTED and would ONLY ACCEPT cash. Semantics I know, but accepting cash is a lot different from ONLY accepting cash. Had I known I would have brought cash! I had traveled 25 miles to get this thing started, and they tell me that can't have the unit until I get more cash!! I had to scramble around trying to find a ATM that was open as it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. This is where the young lady I was dealing with stepped in and offered to stay late till I got back. The staff did what was the right thing to do. She also loaned me a lock for overnight as I did forget mine I give the staff 5 stars and corporate 1 star. They kinda sucked at communicating and unreasonable policies.

I used this storage from 12/07/24-2/12/25, moving out due to rust damage on a chair in my unit,…read morewhich was caused by condensation. Kim Anderson (manager) sold me the Choice Protection Plan, and talked it as a great safety net if your items sustain damage because it covers every type of damage. They require you to purchase a Lock - Disc 2 3/4(1) for the protection plan and Kim said the Damp Rid(1) would protect against any moisture in the air. Her customer service was good, but disappointed in the false representation of the choice protection plan. The company, American Claims Management, handles claims for All Storage Virdian. Fast forward, my claim is denied, by under "k. Any loss or damage to Tenant's stored goods for which the Owner is not liable under the law." The denial reason is not related to the cause (storage leaked water) and damage (water damage, rust) to my item (chair) and goes against section 1 and section 1 example, I have included the screenshot of the protection plan. The ACM adjuster, Dyan Walker stated to me condensation does not mean water (although condensation is defined as water droplets) and accused me of not sending the photos he requested, though they are clearly in our email thread. I am currently working with the BBB; this protection plan is a scam to get more $ out of customers just to deny claims when damage caused by the storage unit actually happens.

I was frustrated and tired, and near the end of my lunch break, when I went into the office. I didn't see any boxes and started to feel like I'd wasted my time. The woman working the front desk (my apologies, I can't remember her name) was extremely professional and kind and let me know they did have boxes available for purchase. She took the time to show me what was available and made it very easy for me to purchase the first few boxes I needed right away. The prices are tad bit higher than U-Haul, but considering the wild goose chase I went on it was worth the slight increase to be able to pick up what I needed quickly and effortlessly. Bonus - the property was extremely clean and well-maintained. If I needed a storage facility, I would have no issue renting a unit from this location.
