I am moving out and my mower broke right before the wind and leaves literally blanketed the entire front yard! I'm not exaggerating (although being a Texan does give me the right) there were leaves everywhere! Not only did Raul answer my first call, but he drove out to the house within an hour to provide an incredibly good estimate! Add on the fact that he and his team blew out the gutters and trimmed perfectly around ALL sidewalks, mailbox post, landscaping bricks, gutters, everything! Oh and what's more - Raul came out SAME DAY and he and the team knocked it out! Obviously, they cannot do that for everyone, but WOW - that is incredible service and shows a great deal of character! There's not one leaf left in the front yard! They have all the right equipment and finished everything in a third of the time it would have taken me to do it! Raul was extremely polite and did a fantastic job. I would sell my mower and hire them for life if I weren't moving to another town out of the area! I even told the new neighbor whom I have never met to hire them before they left! Support Raul and his family with your business - you will be very glad you did!!! Wow! I'm thrilled with their work!

Leo is really taking it upon himself to take good care of my yard and he's quick to reply, professional, and just a sweetheart. I'm not in town often after he's worked on the yard, so he will send pictures when he is done, which I didn't ask him to do but he understands the value of showing his work and communicating with clients. This is a big value add and his rates are quite reasonable. I even asked him to give me a quote for some front and backyard improvements so I hope to expand the scope of his work at my house soon because I think his quote is very fair. I'm confident in his abilities and skills because he is very genuine, professional, personable, and consistent. You'll be glad to hire him!

We have an approximate 7,500 sq. foot lot and pay about $30 per mow, billed monthly for bi-weekly service. You can pay online or with check/cash - the online option is very convenient! The owner is an excellent communicator so you will always know if the team is on a delayed rain schedule or if anything changes that may impact your regularly scheduled service. I wanted once a month but the company took it upon themselves to come every 2 weeks. I canceled because they were not cutting the yard properly and it barely looked maintained for 40 every 2 weeks. I refused to pay then they threatened to put a lien on the property. FYI I live in a fourplex so it's kind of not my issue since I don't own the location. I ended up paying out of respect for my landlord who is a great individual. Never use this company, it's a rip of and they bully you into paying with false threats.

Which by the way is higher than the other quotes I received today when switching my lawn service. Once they mowed the lawn at the wrong address and still charged me, luckily I caught the extra charge on my card. Twice they only mowed my front yard and not the back. When they do actually show up and mow, they only do the bare minimum of mowing your lawn, no trimming bushes or edging. They also left a section of my backyard unmowed twice before so that my husband had to finish it for them anyway. If you call to try to fix a problem, they act like they don't care at all to try to fix anything or keep your business. Really unprofessional, do not recommend.

I never said anything, but they definitely left the yard not finished in the back every time from what you'd expect a lawn service to do. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. I paid extra for the first mow this year, and they didn't even ask. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.
