I only wish I had time to detail the experience but trust me, it has changed my outlook on life and resources. If you hire them, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK! At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

The moving team was fantastic and even arrived ahead of schedule on August 31, 2026! As a disabled Army veteran , I had my service dog, Koah, by my side throughout the move. She is a wonderful companion, and I deeply appreciated how warm and welcoming the movers were. Taking the time to greet Koah meant the world to me . Ross introduced himself first, followed by Jeremy and Cody. Cody is a fellow Navy veteran , and we shared a proud moment connecting over our time in uniform and thanking each other for our service . Following introductions, Ross clearly explained the entire moving process . Once I showed the crew the items headed to the new location, they loaded everything efficiently . Their handling was flawless--absolutely nothing was chipped, broken, or missing. I followed the team to the new location , where they carefully unloaded and placed my belongings inside. We chatted afterward, which created a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. Ross then walked me through the final paperwork and payment details . I completed the transaction and gladly let him know I'd use their services again without hesitation! The Two Men and a Truck office even called to check on my experience while I was driving home! I gladly told them the service was exceptional and that I will definitely be a returning customer. A huge thank you to Ross, Cody (the Navy vet), and Jeremy for a seamless, stress-free move! We pray for your continued safety on the road as you transport and deliver items between locations. The day that I moved, we were moving from apartment building 3 to apartment building 2. I was pregnant at the time so my ability to do things like lift boxes or move. Furniture was extremely limited. Even though it was not Sunday, they have a very specific policy about Sunday moving, but was in the middle of the week. I was given a quote stating that it's a minimum of five hours to move my belongings. I opted to go with this company because I had heard a lot of good things through the grapevine so you have to imagine my disappointment. When not only did they slow down to meet that five hour minimum that was falsely quoted. But a good number of my items were damaged. I was asked by one of the representatives to leave a good review after I spoke with them about the damages and the concerns that I had about this particular company and how my items retreated, and how moving from apartment on one side of the complex to the other side of the complex was more expensive than moving from North Richland Hills, Texas to The Colony, Texas. They asked me to leave a good review because the person who had set up my case was due for a annual review or a merit review of some kind or bonus review of some kind and a bad review would have hurt them in that. I opted to just not leave a review. In addition to all of that, I was told that the owner/manager of this particular branch of two men and a truck moving was going to reach out to me. I specifically said that I needed him to reach out to me at my cell phone after 4 PM central time. Something that every single other person that I spoke to was able to do. Not only did that manager wait to call me for months, but he called me in the middle of my workday. I explained that I couldn't talk now and I would need to have him call me back after 4 PM central time I never heard from them again. In short, I wouldn't really recommend this company. Being given a quote related to hourly pricing, and then being quoted that I would have to pay minimum of five hours when that is only their policy on Sundays. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and has made me really research and try to find better moving companies because this is the second miss that I have had with suggested/recommended companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

I trusted them, and unfortunately that trust turned out to be a costly mistake. My very expensive furniture, which was in excellent condition before the move, was damaged, along with my walls. What should have been a simple moving experience has turned into frustration and back and forth trying to get the damage fairly addressed. Because i did not purchase their additional coverage, they are limiting their responsibility to $0.60 per lb, and i have had to repeatedly go back and forth with them over the weight of my furniture. It is incredibly frustrating to have to argue over the weight of furniture that was damaged while in their care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The initial moving experience may have seemed smooth, but what matters is how a company handles things when something goes wrong. This has been extremely disappointing. My advice: do your homework, read the fine print, and do not rely solely on what the movers tell you about additional coverage. I wish i had known then what i know now.
