It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. The garbage insurance policy they sold us on didn't cover the loss because of the way the sneaky scumbag staff was able to enter my unit, by using the lock code assigned to lock , that was available to staff on the iPad. Semantics I know, but accepting cash is a lot different from ONLY accepting cash. Had I known I would have brought cash! I had traveled 25 miles to get this thing started, and they tell me that can't have the unit until I get more cash!! I had to scramble around trying to find a ATM that was open as it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. This is where the young lady I was dealing with stepped in and offered to stay late till I got back. The staff did what was the right thing to do. She also loaned me a lock for overnight as I did forget mine I give the staff 5 stars and corporate 1 star. They kinda sucked at communicating and unreasonable policies.

We had nothing in our unit that would attract rodents and I had the wonderful experience of finding a decomposing rat on the floor. I had to clean it up and management never returned my call but they have the audacity to call if your payment is one day late. We finally were able to move what was salvageable out of this horrid place recgently. I had to leave a wagon and some broken pieces of boxes that were soaked with rats urine because I was NOT putting them in my car. Of course they deemed it appropriate to charge me a free plus the full months rent for that. Stay away from this place at all costs!
