Customer service has significantly declined during the daytime hours. At 2:30 in the afternoon, it took 35 minutes for two hamburgers, while others who ordered similar things (like BLTs), after I did, received theirs first. Via Uber Eats: Ordered spinach pie and a sausage roll with sauce on the side. The sausage roll tasted decent however the sauce was just tomato sauce poured straight from the can. The spinach pie was greasy, old and microwaved, I couldn't take a another bite. Also ordered a ginger ale and they sent me a coke instead. This pizza joint is close to my brothers apartment, but I wish I just went the distance to find something better. My brother decided on the Grilled Chicken "Greek Style" wrap with fries, my nephew had a Cheeseburger with fries, I went with a Gyro and fries with extra sauce on the side and we got a slice for my niece. Because it was so close, my nephew and I picked our order up. When I arrived a short while later the order wasn't ready, but I expected that as not much time had passed. After waiting a bit longer my order was ready but was clearly missing items. I asked where my fries were for the wrap and after arguing with the person behind the counter, I had to point it out that they're supposed to come with the wrap. According to him, my gyro didn't come with fries so I paid the extra $2 for them. Then I noticed my extra sauce was missing. He didn't even apologize for being wrong, but apologized for the confusion. I wasn't confused, but he sure seemed to be. The food was terrible. Never in my life have I had such a small gyro, nor have I ever had CRUNCHY lamb. The lamb was sliced soooo thin, when it was grilled/reheated/whatever it became crispy and because I wasn't expecting that, it wasn't good. Their bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are also delicious! If I order lunch, I get the gyro with french fries, cheeseburger, or mozzerella sticks. My family usually orders a phily cheesesteak or pizza. I've tried all of it and it's all pretty good. They will deliver in the area as well. That would have been okay if there was any type of seasoning on it but all they did was take the wingettes and toss them in some oil, no seasoning or breading. It's sucks that it's the only breakfast spot In Section 5. It's good but the guy works the morning shifts is the worst!! He the kind of heavy set, with big glasses. He is rude all the time and always rushes you off the phone when you call for a delivery. Every time I order I give them another chance. But this man keeps messing it up. I recently called and ordered home fries, bacon, eggs, and toast. It took about a hour to get to me. And when it came it came with French fries instead and no toast. And it also was cold! Section 5 pizzeria and diner is a good place for breakfast. They make a decent 3-egg omelet with any veggies and cheese you name, plus tasty home fries and toast. They also serve good salads for lunchtime. They have good calzones, traditional pizzas and nice light Sicilian slices. They are very flexible on substitution of side orders.
