I decided to give it a chance, even though I usually shop at Good Vibrations with my partner and have had much better service there. I spent about $300 here, and I expected at least some guidance on product selection, but no one really tried to help match items to what we were looking for. The devices we purchased were extremely loud -- much louder than expected -- to the point where they could easily be heard from another room. That made them unusable for us. I should have trusted my initial instincts before buying. We went back the next day to ask about returns. I understand and accept the no-return policy -- that part is fine -- but when I tried to speak with the person who originally helped me, the assistant I spoke with was dismissive and rude, which made the experience worse. Overall, between the lack of helpful service and the product disappointment, I wouldn't shop here again.

(Amber) I was standing at a wall with too many options for way too long Amber came over to me and asked me if I needed any assistance. I explained to her that I didn't know where to begin with what I was looking for, she then asked me multiple questions in nice and professional tone which helped me make a decision. She also recommended other products that would enhance the product I was looking at. Thank you Amber. Corporate should definitely keep an eye on this young lady Talk about excellent customer service I felt extremely comfortable extremely satisfied and when I left there was absolutely a positive vibe from both of the employees working that day especially Amber BTW ( him ) will be very satisfied. I felt as though I was in Paris!…read more I walked in thinking I would not find "My Size". I slunk around the shop hunched over from a "bad bra" and was asked by Shawnie if there was anything I needed. I asked her if she carried my size and she asked, "Have you been measured lately?". I actually had not been. I stepped into a dressing room that had pink billowing curtains almost floor to ceiling, and Shawnie measured me. It was a very successful trip in. Not only did she find my size but she made me feel empowered and very confident. Shoulders back, stand tall, face forward and my girls in a brand new GORGEOUS bra. Ladies, do not have sticker shock if you have been buying bras at Kohls or Macy's. These are beautiful bras. They are fitted by a professional. The only hiccup is, not the shop's fault. They close at 5:30. Parts of Yountville fold up a tiny bit early.

I called and the owner said they are by appointment only and not open Sunday. When I arrived the notice said to go to the bible store next door. I guess the owner runs both businesses. She took me through a back section to a small dressing area with wigs and shape wear. She measured me and then fit me with multiple options until I found something that would work. I spent about 160 for a corset bra (she had to order) and spanx like bottom. Overall the experience was good but Debbie the owner was a little judgemental about the choice of my wedding dress and venue. She mentioned it at checkout and it put a damper on visit hence the 3 stars.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by two enthusiastic women who asked how they could help me. I told them why I needed the dress and what I wanted. They both kindly stopped what they were doing to assist me, offering various options and thoughtfully preparing my dressing room with the chosen items. I've always loved their dressing rooms; they're so spacious and beautifully decorated. The best part is having a fan option. Dressing rooms get so stuffy, so that's really thoughtful. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the item I was seeking, and my limited time prevented me from searching for other items. However, both Gabi and her manager, Nicki, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and want to return in the near future. I really hope they're there next time I shop, they were both awesome. They were both awesome examples of great customer service.
