We had a booking issue and the staff helped us out and offered a significant discount. In the room itself the GM was attentive and helpful. We tried two rooms (Temple of Razum and the witches one). I'd say both are closer to old school rooms with only sparing using of technology. Puzzles mostly make sense, there was one in each room that we'd never have solved without help. The rooms were mostly linear so better for smaller groups. We did it with two people and enjoyed it quite a bit. If you're looking for something to do in Napa these rooms are great.

While we do serve the Washington, Oregon, and Nevada areas, please note that due to the extended travel distance, our minimum one-day rental for events in Washington is $18,500 plus delivery."
