I don't know what happened this week but this shirt I tried to get altered they dropped the ball on. I dropped it off on Tuesday, they gave me a date of Saturday pickup, cool. It was a NYC themed shirt I was planning on wearing for the Knicks/Spurs Game 5 Saturday night. I come in Saturday morning to pick it up, it wasn't ready. I get it, maybe they were busy or something. Turns out they didn't even touch the shirt yet. So the whole week was basically wasted. The lady told me to come back at later in the day before they close, she said she would "do it now." So I come back at 3 in the afternoon when I told her I'd come back, turns out they LOST the shirt. They spent 5 minutes around the shop looking for it and turns out they dry-cleaned it, didn't even do the alteration and put it with someone else's stuff. I mean what is going on?? Really turned me off from their business and I'm not going back, I just wasted a weeks worth of time for literally nothing.

I brought it back and they charged me an additional ten dollars to repair the zipper that should have been done the first time. She would not budge on the price which I should not have been charged again in the first place. I am totally dissatisfied and will never go back there ever again!!!!! They were super busy and ended up staying open an extra hour or so, which made me feel so much better about walking in last minute! I had two dresses dry cleaned and one dress tailored. The owner was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed done. She quoted me pick up time for within 3-4 days. The prices are on the higher end. Alterations were around $45. Drycleaning was around $30 for two dresses. Owner did excellent work. And it was done quickly. Worth it.

I'm not certain the clothes are cleaned on site or outsourced but what I know is my clothes did not look like they were well cleaned just well starched for certain items. My earmuffs are sticky on the outside and my coat is covered in lint. I will be calling to have these items re-cleaned. I do recommend them for their customer service but bear in mind they are pricey; for 2 skirts, one trousers, one coat, one sweater and earmuffs I paid over $80.

The back was dirty and not pressed. Couple of sheer cardigans were hung on a hanger instead of being folded, therefore had these pointy marks on the arm sleeves. The dress started with the straps crossing around her neck, when we got it back the straps were on her shoulders. When we brought this to their attention they tried to tell us that we were incorrect. They only realized they were wrong once we showed them multiple pictures of the dress. They "fixed" the dress for us, however the straps had very obvious stitchings on it and looked bad. Was not the same dress we bought. I don't recommend. Go somewhere else.
