I left both my expensive wool coats on January 12, 2024 for alterations. She was pretty old and projected how many inches I need taken off from the bottom. She cut way tooooooo short!!! My pricey expensive coats look horrible, I'm crying. Never ever coming back!! I paid a lot too considering that it was expensive they did a horrible job!!!! I just had very the very unfortunate pleasure of doing business with Crystal Cleaners. Do not trust their prices as advertised. The website clearly states 20% off all items with prices for individual items listed. The lady refused to honor her prices and became very irrational when I pointed out her advertised prices. She then told me that was from "2017". So she is either false advertising and ripping people off or they are not maintaining their website which is not the fault of the customer. I would avoid this dishonest establishment at all cost. I dropped off 275 pieces and 2 wedding gowns. She charged $2017.00 $ 275 per gown. read more

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The owner a lady, treated me like trash when I ask her to reimburse my money because my closes where not properly clean like it was suppose to be. First, before she started talking, I didn't heard any single word of Apology, then she proposed to clean it again, I refused it because I realize their services was very poor just like their customer service. She went too far by saying that "I do not know how many time your wore your crotches, it was too dirty". There are so many drycleaners in the area but finding a good one is not easy. I have recently changed over to Crystal Cleaners because my last drycleaner would not correct a mistake they made with the cleaning of my dress shirts. Crystals Cleaners has been a good drycleaner that has provided quality cleaning, fast turnaround at a good price. Crystal's prices are a little higher than my last drycleaners. However, their turnaround times have been better and I have not had any service mishaps to date. The only negatives are they are closed on Sunday and they do not accept credit cards for transactions less than $10. I believe they perform all dry cleaning services onsite which improves turnaround. They also offer tailoring and alterations onsite which I have not used to date. Their location is a little off the beaten track but they have been worth the drive. read more

This cleaners is the closest to where I live, so I decided to try it. I asked what their prices were, and they didnt have a flyer with a price list, the person who does the alterations had to put into the computer what I wanted and tell me the price. There is a 20% discount off regular drycleaning. I guess they are trying to make it seem like we are saving money. I found out the prices for a suit, jacket, and skirt. It costs less for a jacket and skirt charged individually than for a suit (they rang the two pieces I brought as a suit for $8.25, so that was annoying). Under $10 you have to pay cash. They even got out stains from a black & white dress where the black bled onto the white and discolored it , correcting a mistake from a previous dry cleaner. Prices are fair. I was not that impressed. I had several pants altered and was not satisfied with results. I had a discussion with seamstress before she agreed to redo the alterations. I understand she takes pride in her work but all I want her is to redo the alterations to my satisfaction. The tailor was the only one who was there when i came in to pick up my professional clothes. The first thing I saw was how my wool blended Bebe coat had small fuzzy colored fabric balls stuck to the edges of the coat that were not there when I had dropped it off with her and the wool blend had a frizz to it akin to coming out of a dryer on high heat. I told her that this is not how I had given it to her (as I had never put that coat into my dryer) and she complained to me right away that this was how I gave it to her, that it was an old coat and made out of bad material. We "discussed" this matter for half an hour while she was scoffing at me the entire time, and she ended up calling her manager. They both acted like I was not willing to pay for anything even though I was not willing to roll over and take back a coat that had been nearly ruined by their "cleaning." I paid her in full and in cash for the other 5 articles of clothing and made them put an effort to actually clean up the fuzzy balls that were clinging to the coat this second time around even though they had already ruined the outer layer of the wool blend.
