The second driver contacted us curbside as scheduled and that's when the problem began. He mediately began driving at excessive speed, weaving in and out of traffic and tail gating in the HOV lane. We were not in any particular hurry, but he seemed to be as he followed several cars at unsafe distances. In one instance we were so close to the rear of an SUV he couldn't possibly see any of the traffic ahead and would never have been able to avoid a collision in an emergency. Very dangerous!! Would we use Century again? Only with the assurance their employees would drive in a reasonable and safe manner.............

I specifically asked if the vehicle would be a Lincoln Town Car as I had used them in the past and knew they had adequate room. The man I spoke to said that he did not know what kind of car would be picking us up but that it would be large enough. The car that showed up was a Hyundai that was no way large enough to accommodate us. As the driver struggled to jam our bags in he complained that they were oversized, but they were all medium-sized and well under the airline size limitations. Our carry-ons consisted of 3 small backpacks in total. We did finally manage to squeeze ourselves and our luggage in but much of our luggage ended up inside the cabin on our laps and we could barely move. To top it off, the driver had a very surly attitude and it was a long uncomfortable 45-minute ride to Seatac. It was the worst commute to the airport I have ever experienced. I tipped him despite the crappy service but I will never use him again.

Booked a ride about 2 weeks prior to our flight into SeaTac for 5 adults, one child, 6 check-in…read morebags, 3 rolling carryon bags, and a few backpacks. At home, putting all the bags in one place, I estimated all our bags would likely not fit and I would have to order a separate Uber to our hotel in South Lake Union. Got on our flight and as soon as we landed at 7:30pm on a 5/25/24 (Memorial Weekend), I took phone off airplane mode and immediately got a text from our driver, Francisco. I told him he was very early because we had just landed. He reassured me, it was no problem and that he would be at our baggage claim carousel. We arrived and he stood out as he was very well dressed. I approached him and told him we have a lot of bags and I may need a separate ride. We then gathered all the bags and he asked, "Is this all of it?", then, "This is no problem?" And help us roll away a few bags and led us to the parking lot. We approached a large Cadillac Escalade. Francisco opened the trunk and methodically took each bag and placed it in the trunk. When I thought he couldn't place anymore, he continued on to put in the rolling carryons. Did some repositioning of bags and closed the trunk. I was amazed everything fit back there! Francisco was very friendly, approachable, and nonchalant. Put me at ease as I am an anxious type. He kept conversation with us the entire trip to the hotel, which took about 20-25 mins. He unloaded all our luggage and graciously offered to help us into the hotel. Although very nice, we had it all handled. It was a very nice gesture. Excellent service and I would definitely book again!

The ride itself was totally comfortable and professional, but beware of last minute price changes and shady dealings.
