This is the flagship store for Seattle suntan :) Also one of the largest locations and the only Light Spa in the company offering all of the spa services. Love coming here because it is a one stop shop! I can do everything I want and need in one swoop- tan/ spray/ sauna/ and blue light facial:) favorite location!

Easily accessible, few blocks away from Bellevue Square and even walkable from the new 2 line link. Parking is available in their small garage but only for 3 hours (validated online with a code Yuan Spa provides). Otherwise there's street parking. Arriving early is a plus to use the washroom or relax in their lounge area with snacks (wasabi peas, banana chips, and honey pretzel sticks) and hot tea. Shoutout to Jessica and Emma for our massages. They were extremely comforting and the hour flew by insanely quick. Hydrotherapy is self guided between a hot pool, cool pool, steam room, and dry sauna. All are soothing but many gyms have these as well, so I'm torn whether it's worth it. However, definitely a nice supplement to other services here in the same location, which is a fair argument. One thing I hate is the check out process. After checking out, they'll ask if "you'd like to add a gratuity" which I always feel is just a darker practice in the social moment. A good massage deserves a tip for quality service, but hydrotherapy feels like an interesting gray area. However, it's easier to just give a percentage on the total amount. On the flip side, I love how they also provide up to 30 minutes buffer after hydrotherapy (maybe also other services, but we ended on hydro) to shower and leave. Passing that half hour mark would result in a charge rounded up to the next hour.

The infrared saunas here are hot but a nice way to relax and detox!…read more I received a gift card to try this place out from an acquaintance, so decided to swing by. We booked an infrared sauna session (sweat with a friend) for the evening. This location is tucked away in a small strip mall and once you arrive, you are greeted, sign a form, and remove your shoes before entering the main area. The sauna space was nicely organized. There are sauna booths that are separated and have a little bit of space diretly in front of the sauna entrance covered by a curtain that allows you to undress and store your belongings. In our space, we had a timer, a call button for the front desk, a mini fridge with cold hand towels, a sign with all the different color options for the chromotherapy, and a small bench/basket for your belongings. As someone who does not regularly go to saunas, I had to take several breaks throughout the 45-minute session, but it definitely did its job and had me sweating! We enjoyed being able to adjust the colors for the chromotherapy as well. After our session, we were able to rinse off in the shower, and there is a sand room in the back where they set up some non-caffeinated tea for you to decompress. I enjoyed this part because the sand was so smooth and soft, and they do their best to create a calm ambience in the room even if you are just looking at a mural of the ocean. Some downsides for me personally: I felt the space was a bit small and cramped. Each sauna and other offered services are in small box-like rooms that aren't full rooms (the walls do not reach the ceiling). There was only one shower room, and the sand room was a bit tight (only 4 seats). I'd be curious to see if the other locations have a similar or different layout. Additionally, because the walls of the rooms do not reach the ceiling, nothing is soundproof. You can still hear some noise from other folks while in your sauna and are encouraged to keep noise to a minimum to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, I believe there is supposed to be a way to connect a bluetooth device in your sauna as advertised on the website, but we couldn't really figure out and weren't sure if it was a good idea to bring any devices in as it was super hot. That said, it wasn't something we absolutely needed so we just decided to hop in and enjoy the sweat. We enjoyed our infrared sauna and would recommend it if it is something you are looking to do regularly. It looked like they had several different membership options that give you access to different services each month.

WARNING TO NEW CLIENTS -- PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. THEFT WARNING…read more I was a first-time client at Truce Spa in Bellevue, and this visit was a Mother's Day gift. I was booked a full spa package from my husband and arrived expecting a relaxing luxury experience. Unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed and concerned. My appointment began normally with a 60-minute facial. During the treatment, I felt uncomfortable with several comments made by the esthetician. She asked what I did for work, then commented that my husband "must make a lot of money," and later remarked that I "looked like a single girl." Regardless of intent, these comments felt inappropriate, personal, and judgmental during what should have been a professional service experience. Next, I received a 90-minute massage. I had requested medium pressure, but unfortunately the massage did not meet my expectations. The therapist was polite, but the service quality itself felt average compared to other spa experiences I've had. I then completed my manicure and pedicure. Altogether, I was at the spa from approximately 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM on June 2, 2026, and during that time I appeared to be the only client present. After returning home, I realized that my Louis Vuitton keychain was missing from my locker. This keychain had been attached to my car key fob for approximately three years and is not something I remove. I specifically remember having it before arriving at the spa. I contacted the spa and asked about their locker access procedures. I was told that opening a locker with a master key would reset the combination. I asked whether there was any documentation or demonstration of this process but did not receive additional clarification. To be clear: I cannot say with certainty what happened to my item. However, I know the last location where I had access to it was inside the spa, and I left feeling unsettled that my concern was not taken more seriously. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. When I reached out to discuss the situation, I did not feel empathy, reassurance, or a willingness to investigate my concern beyond stating there was no evidence. I understand that locker rooms cannot have cameras for privacy reasons, but as a customer reporting missing property, I expected more concern and communication. Luxury service is not just about treatments--it is also about professionalism, customer care, and how concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Also just to let you know that Carol the owner will be very apologetic here on reviews but not over the phone or text messages. She even told me over text messages to please stop texting her. Based on my personal experience, I would not return or recommend this spa. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward and reviews both staff conduct and locker security procedures.

I'd come here roughly three times before deciding to host a Galentine's Day celebration, via private booking. The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I'll be back many more times -- whether solo or with friends. So grateful for this urban retreat in a very convenient location for Seattle-area city'zens.

We were 30 minutes away, and it was an hour prior to 12 when the incident occurred, so I called them and let them know what was going on. I had hoped that they would be understanding and waive the cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total price. Thinking they would be understanding and flexible enough to even rebook me another day so we could still experience this and 100% pay them, because why would we not? That's not at all what happened. Management said that the masseuses still had to get paid somehow, and even after experiencing this emergency with our car, we still had to pay the 50% cancellation fee. We will absolutely not be returning, due to this company's lack of understanding and flexibility with its customers.
