The staff is amazing--I'm always greeted by the sweetest ladies and I feel so comfortable when I'm here. The rooms and beds are always clean, the ambiance is fun and relaxing, and I've gotten to know the staff on a personal level which makes for an even more enjoyable experience. Huge shoutout to Hannah, Brennah and Brittany -- such wonderful employees that I see every time I come in and they never fail to make my day :) They are so well-educated on products and services and they always ensure I'm getting the best service possible. Staff seems like it's always such an inconvenience to check you in or interact with you whatsoever. I came in recently to buy a new membership and the gal told me I had a $300 balance from a long time ago, they said it looks like the card I had on file didn't go through for 3 months. I explained I had spoken to the lady there and I cancelled it, not my fault she didn't cancel correctly and they kept trying to charge me? Instead of allowing me to tan and maybe work it out on my way out, she made me sit in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for a text back from her manager, so extremely unprofessional. Ended up saying I could pay half the owed balance ($150) and then they'd let me tan again. I said hard pass, the balance shouldn't even have been there and I never used the service during any of those "attempted" charged months. Tatianna really shouldn't work in a customer facing job, not a people person. Don't tan here.
