I just have to say that Wendy is fantastic! I reached out to her in a panic due to multiple failed attempts with spray tans. The other places I went to were over spraying me, and it was disastrous! She took the time to speak with me over the phone and put my mind at ease. The day of the tan went very smoothly. She was right on time, which I really appreciated as it was during my work day. She made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to your skins undertones and takes everything into consideration. I'm excited I found someone with a ton of experience as this is for my wedding. Thank you, Wendy! I can't wait for July! read more

Wendy not only has the magic touch when it comes to bronzing, but her personality is like a burst of sunshine on a cloudy day. It's like catching up with an old friend while getting your glow on. And as far as results--flawless, streak-free, and just the right shade of bronze to make heads turn. Every. Single. Time. If you're searching for a spray tan experience that's as fun as it is fabulous, look no further than Wendy- she's a true gem in the world of bronzing brilliance! read more

I've never had a spray tan before in my life, but my wedding dress was backless and I had some pesky swimsuit lines on my back. I was worried about getting a bad spray tan so made sure to do my research beforehand. Talking to Wendy made me relaxed. The whole experience was incredibly easy and the results were great. She set up in my garage and the whole thing took about an hour, maybe less. I had a trial run about 2 weeks prior to my wedding and got sprayed again 2 days before the wedding. Everything turned out great. I would recommend her for any upcoming event you have. read more

About a week before my trip to Hawaii, I decided I wanted to try my first spray tan--I was nervous about looking orange and ridiculous, but after reading nothing but glowing reviews (pun intended) about Wendy, I decided to go for it. I love and embrace my natural pale, but I work as a fashion and travel blogger and knew I would be shooting photos as soon as I landed in Honolulu, and wanted to have that perfect sunkissed beach glow. Wendy and I were able to work out an exchange; a free tan in exchange for promotion on my website, truelane.co, and Instagram @truelane (thank you, Wendy!), which I'm telling you here in the interest of full disclosure. However--I would happily pay full price for her services anytime I need a spray tan! She took such care and time in explaining the whole process to me and quelling each one of my fears. I had a ton of questions and she gave me her advice and opinion on color and process etc., making sure I was comfortable and ready to go before she began. She was very clear about care instructions after, and my tan lasted a good long seven days in Hawaii, even with the sand and sweat. The actual tan was so natural looking and a beautiful tone for me. Can't thank Wendy enough--in addition to a perfect product and experience, she was so much fun to chat with. She gets the truelane stamp of approval! read more

Wendy was able to accommodate my last minute request for a spray tan and it was the most thorough and precise airbrush tan I've ever had. Looked great and also natural. Will definitely book again! read more

I have gotten an airbrush tan from Wendy 4 times now, once including my wedding, and every time it has been the most amazing, even, and flattering tan I've ever had. She is so so thorough during the session, making sure that you don't have any streaks, lines, or weird blotchy spots. She is also great about suggesting colors and formulas that work best with your complexion and desired result. This most recent time, I was just heading down to Palm Springs for a bachelorette and felt so much more confident by the pool with a little extra color. Overall booking, the session, and communication with Wendy is easy and amazing. Could not recommend more! read more

I've been going to Wendy for almost 8 years now for my spray tanning. She's hands down the best coverage. I've gone to two others spray tans places for last minute tans and always been disappointed. No one compares to wendy. She gives you full instructions. She's thorough. She gives ample time for drying. And she's also super friendly and fun to catch up with. I would recommend to anyone: brides, special events, or just going somewhere sunny! read more

Wendy is amazing!!! She did my spray tan for my wedding and the entire process was perfect. Divine Sunless Tanning - After the sunless tan - Spray Tanning Near Me

Wendy is PHENOMENAL!! I haven't gotten a spray tan since one of those chain places during my high school years. Let's just say I was orange and never tried it again. Wendy's yelp pictures won me over and I knew she was the right choice to get me bronzed up for festival season. So glad I took the leap! She's incredibly professional but so relaxed and warm that I found myself comfortably in the nude for the duration of the spray tan. I was planning for it to be the most awkward encounter of my life, but she was fantastic. Thank you Wendy for making the experience feel so normal!! I've had more awkward encounters with the dentist when I get caught for not flossing honestly. The tan just looked stunning. My collar bones popped, my stomach looked flatter, my legs seemed leaner. I'm so sold!!!! Will be back when I'm prepping for an event again. What I also loved the most is how helpful she was from beginning to end. All the prep and post maintenance was really well summarized and easy to follow. I never felt I was lost in the dark and Googling all my questions bc she always had the answer. read more

Wendy is one of the sweetest people! She makes you feel comfortable and is very professional. I love how she believes in healthy skin, organic products and creates a natural flawless airbrush that works for my skin tone. I have fair skin and I have become addicted to airbrush tans for all my events! I recently had an airbrush for my wedding and had multiple compliments throughout the night. I not longer go to spray booths because the color is much different and not orange what so ever! You will not be disappointed after booking Devine sunless tanning ! -Megan read more

Wendy does a great job! I am new to the Seattle area and needed a spray tan bad! Wendy was prompt responding to my email and booking an appointment that worked best for my schedule. I was worried about getting a spray tan and working the same day. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up doing a type of spray (can't remember the name) but you rinse off 3-4 hours after your spray and the color gradually gets darker with time and you reach full color within a couple days it was perfect! Wendy made me feel so comfortable she was definitely a pro! The color turned out great definitely recommend!! read more

My mom, maid of honor, and I got a tan from Wendy before my wedding. She did a great job with the tans! She is very thorough and great at explaining what to do before, during, and after for the best results. She traveled outside of her typical service area for us which I appreciated and dealt with 2/3 of us not knowing what to do for a spray tan. On top of that, Wendy is spunky and fun to talk to. Thanks Wendy! read more

I love that Wendy will come to your house! Her business was in the August Allure magazine (very cool!). I felt totally comfortable getting naked. She even brought her own towel for me to stand on and to clean up the mess after. We did the tan in my shower and it looked GREAT. I felt very bronzed for my event and loved the pics! I had used an airbrushing service in Seattle (that is not mobile) and have purchased a huge mystic tan package but neither compared. I like that you don't get too tan, too orange, and it is all EVEN (very hard to do with mystic). I considered 4 1/2 stars because I would love a little lower price but she does use organic products, which are always more - and it really is quality AND I see she does promotions from time to time (anyone want to plan a tanning party???). Follow her on Twitter too and hear more about promos @DivineTan Thanks Wendy!!! read more

I LOVE WENDY. Seriously. Want to know why? My gf and I were in the market for some sun, or sun-ish type exposure. Living in Seattle, access to sunlight is few and far between. Adding insult to injury almost every news station for the last week has been running stories on the statistics of minors who tan, skin cancer rates etc... overall not leaving me with the warm and fuzzies. We started pricing and comparing the salons in the area for not just tanning, but sunless tanning. Neither of us have had the pleasure of stepping into a box and being sprayed down with streaks of orange by an unintelligent machine, so the thought of taking that leap wasn't really appealing. And then there was Wendy... :) We came across Divine Sunless Tanning and Wendy while we searched through Yelp. Convenient, flexible hours. CHECK. Fair, reasonable pricing. CHECK. Knowledgeable. CHECK CHECK. And she comes to your house, apartment, hotel, office, hell in this town she's probably sprayed people in a room the size of a linen closet. When Wendy arrived she started setting up her materials, which is stored in a medium sized bag. (It's not like she's bringing a ridiculous amount of tools into your house...) She explained the process to us, asked us what we were looking for (color wise) and imparted upon us TONS of useful skin care and sunless tanning knowledge. By the time I was to strip down and hop in the tub Wendy was set up, ready to go and I was comfortable. Within 20 minutes I was sprayed down, out of the tub and air drying! Her products smell wonderful! We went for the "prep" which was a cool mist of lots of good stuff for your skin, and her sunless product smelled like lemongrass, not some heavily perfumed or sickly sweet coconut. It was really a refreshing process. I woke up and post shower, was left with wonderful results! I've got an even, natural looking glow, with no steaks, no orange and no dealing with little catty, ditzy, money hungry salon girls trying to up-sell me. BONUS. We love our results and are now weekly (happy) clients. :) read more

I've had Wendy come by twice for a airbrush before a wedding and I've loved both times! It's so nice to have the luxury of getting a tan while at home. And not to mention she's great at what she does and always finds a way to give me a perfect tan in my less than roomy shower --- so I'd say she's creative too! I'd highly recommend Wendy and plan on calling her whenever I need some color for an event... read more

My sunless tanning experience with Wendy went beyond even the glowing (pun intended) recommendations of fellow Yelpers on here! I wanted to do a trial run tan because I'll be running off to get married in a little over a month, and unfortunately for me I am part ghost, part tomato. Keritosis pilaris on my arms? Check. Ruddy complexion? Double check. I can thank my Irish heritage for that dubious honor. My goal was to even out my skin tone and get a nice glow without looking like a 24/7 sun worshiper. Wendy arrived not only on time, but ahead of schedule! She was great about communicating with me via text message to let me know where she was at and when she was on her way. When she arrived, she was talkative, gregarious, totally genuine, and put me completely at ease. This is always a plus when you know that in 10 minutes you'll be stripping down completely for a stranger. ;) Wendy's attention to detail was perfect -- she even airbrushes the sides of your thumbs to make the tan look more natural, which I never would have even thought to do. She listened very carefully to my desires and concerns about the color and my oily skin, and she used the clear formula in the lightest shade. My tan developed into a really natural golden color that was probably two or three shades darker than my normal skin tone. Your mileage may vary on that one, because I really was very pale to begin with. :) All in all, I highly recommend the experience. Wendy is fantastic at what she does, and it sure beats doing it yourself! read more

Wendy came over three days before a wedding for which I was a bridesmaid. I have very, very pale skin and was really nervous about it look unnatural because I've never done any sunless tanning before. But Wendy seems like a pro, she didn't make me look orange or unnatural in anyway. I could tell a big difference, but because it looked so natural I don't think anyone could pin point what was different about me, they just knew I looked good! The tan held up really well for the wedding (only faded a bit, but Wendy warned me of this) and 7 days later I still have a tan! I'll be calling Wendy again next time I have a special event. My only complaint was that I had to clean my shower afterward because while she clean up after herself, there was still a lot of discoloring in my shower the next morning. Fortunately it came off really easy and it wasn't a huge mess so it didn't take long to clean. read more

Perfect glow! I had Wendy come by last minute for a quick airbrush before my Halloween party. She was really accommodating and even had her pop-up tent handy to spray me outside (my bathroom is white-white). Not only was she professional but was so friendly and made sure my neighbors that were doing some construction next door weren't in view. My tan become darker throughout the day and I knew that it was going to be lovely -- even, natural -- everything I had hoped for. After taking a shower the next day, it was exactly what I wanted! We are, after all, in Seattle and I didn't want to be too bronzed. It was a perfect natural glow that made me feel great! read more

Wendy does a perfect job. She will come to your house and she is no fuss no muss. When you have perfection why bother trying anyone else? UPDATE: November 2015 I have been a client of Wendy's for a couple of years now and she is truly a perfectionist when it comes to a spray tan. She comes to your house and sets up quickly. This way your at home and you wont have to put on clothes and drive home from a salon and ruin your fresh tan!!! She dials in the perfect color for you Your left with a tan that would have taken you weeks in the Caribbean- but no harmful rays She uses product that doesn't have the bad chemicals you might get elsewhere What more could you want from a spray tan? Wendy is great! I'm a fair skinned girl and I was pretty nervous about spraying tanning but I wanted to look good in my brother's wedding pictures. I did a little yelp research and I was really impressed by all of Wendy's reviews so I shot her an email. Two days later, I was being airbrushed in my backyard. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Wendy and her business close to two years ago, after a friend had an incredible experience and talked me into experiencing the service for myself. I was very nervous about the color and the actual process. I had a terrible experience at a tanning salon in a spray tan "booth" that left me gasping for air, and a lovely hue of tangerine. Wendy was professional, made me feel instantly calm, and left me glowing with the most perfect faux tan. I have since used her too many times to count, and have recommended her to countless friends for special occasions. She is the BEST and I wouldn't even think about going to anyone else. read more

My fiancee and I were getting ready for a week on Maui with family and wanted to have a little color for the trip. Wendy arrived, set up her portable spray tent and voila! She asked us what level of color we'd like and was extremely skilled at applying the solution evenly. The result was natural looking and balanced.
