It took me a long time to find someone previously who did my cut just the way I wanted. So I stopped by one evening into Eclipz to ask if they would be able to replicate my cut that was 4 weeks out. I was told, "sure, I can do that.. I can book you in two weeks, bring pictures of your cut also" I thought great, they seem confident enough to nail this cut. And when I went, I showed photos of my haircut when it was fresh.. and my stylist at Eclipz didn't really seem to be interested. My cut has always been more of an edgier, stacked a-line bob. Longest parts near my chin and then gradually up. Something that was clearly shown in my photos. And when I was done at Eclipz, my hair has this very conservative, traditional church mom bob thing done.. I was mortified, I asked if she can chop off this weird low hanging part on the sides, but she said "that's part of the cut"... well, it wasn't like the photos I had shown, and I don't have this part normally.. plus I couldn't get it corrected at this point since the front part was too short to create the style I had requested. So, I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a creative spin on any cut. If you want a traditional take.. go for it. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. I have been going to spraytan more often since I found this location. The 2 in Kirkland have a very weak spray tan machine that feels like pure air is spraying, not liquid. I initially signed up for a monthly membership while preparing for my wedding and was strongly encouraged by staff to purchase a $200 tanning package, a self-tanning lotion, and an additional membership. During checkout, I was never shown my final total, given an itemized receipt, or told the actual price of the lotion. I signed the payment pad and later discovered a charge of nearly $500 on my bank statement. I also never received an emailed receipt or purchase confirmation outlining what I had purchased, which I found very concerning. To make matters more frustrating, within days of my purchase, the self-tanning lotion, the $200 package I had been encouraged to buy, and monthly memberships all went on sale during the Founder's Sale. The package was discounted by 50%, and monthly memberships dropped from over $30 to just $5. When I contacted customer service to ask whether there was any way to prorate the difference, I was told employees are not allowed to mention upcoming sales and that customers should simply know when the annual sale occurs. What disappointed me most wasn't just the policy, but the inconsistency. While waiting for a response from customer service from my first time I reached out, I called another Seattle Sun Tan location. The employee I spoke with said she was disappointed to hear about my experience and shared that, at her location, staff are actually encouraged not to push large package purchases when the annual sale is approaching. That left me wondering: if that's the guidance at another location, why was I strongly encouraged to purchase a $200 package at the Bothell location just days before the Founder's Sale? Walking back into the Seattle sun tan for my second and third appointments and seeing the very package I had been encouraged to purchase now marked 50% off made the situation even more frustrating. I understand businesses have policies, but transparency and customer service matter. Customers should always be shown their total before authorizing payment, receive an itemized receipt, and receive an emailed or printed copy of their purchase. They should also feel confident they're being given recommendations that prioritize their needs rather than being encouraged into large purchases immediately before a major promotion. Unfortunately, this experience caused me to lose trust in Seattle Sun Tan. I've requested that my membership be canceled before my wedding, and after this experience, I have no intention of ever returning as a future paying customer. I also won't be recommending Seattle Sun Tan to future brides, friends, family, or clients. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in transparency, consistency, and customer service so other customers don't have a similar experience.

Amy is a master at spray tans! This is my second experience at getting a spray tan. The first time I tried it was with someone else and it was horrible. So it took me a couple of years try it again. I went to Simply Bronzed, Amy because her reviews were spectacular. And they were right! She knows her stuff. I'm very fair and I was worried that it would be too dark. We had a long conversation and she sprayed me with a color that was just perfect. It stayed for over a week and and it looked fabulous the whole time. This time around I was interested in red light therapy, which I had heard about recently. I called ahead and spoke with Katelyn who was so incredibly helpful and answered all my questions regarding benefits of red light therapy, pricing, the various specials that they had going on, as well as general information. Red Light therapy is similar to tanning and that you are lying in the bed and that you need goggles. It also does get hot in the bed after being in there a while. They do have fans if you want to use them, but I prefer not to and it's just a quick easy button in the bed that you can push to turn it on or off. Thanks to Katelyn's directions I was able to find this location quite easily (it is across the street from the PCC and Starbucks. Across Edmonds Way near Bucatini). They've got a large parking lot with easy parking and it was in a building that kind of reminded me a bit of like an old German building or a ski lodge. Little bit hard to explain, but once you see the building, you'll probably understand what I mean. Very cute! Getting in and out of the parking lot is also quite easy. The tanning salon itself is nice and clean, and it seems like most of the staff are known to be very helpful and friendly, but I was really blessed that I called on Katelyn's shift who went above and beyond for me. If you are interested in red light therapy (or tanning) I would definitely check it out here. Especially because right now they have a great deal going on where you can get unlimited red light therapy for a month for only $39. I believe the price for an individual session is 25 so for just a few dollars more you get to try it out for an entire month!!! of course that special is happening now and I don't know if it will be happening when you read this review. But I would definitely recommend checking it out (or at least giving them a call to ask more information) and of course don't forget to bring your goggles!

It's the end of the month and why would I pay for a full month when my account has been unfreeze she said The people at the store that I called when I froze my account didn't notice so therefore she has to take their word over mine when I asked to deal with someone above her. She was even more rude and knowing that she is the supervisor or manager, she still wanted to be passive assertive so I kindly walked out of there. I won't be back under her watch. She has the epitome of rude and stuck up.

She even remembers stuff that's going on in my life, like not even some of my friends do that!! Booking with her is so easy, especially as I work a normal 9-5 kind of job. 10/10 would recommend - not ign.
