Belma is very talented, pays attention to detail, and has her way of making clients feel relaxed and comfortable. Also, the squishy balls were a helpful distraction during the process. Jessie didn't say much and we didn't have any conversation, but it didn't make for a bad experience. Since I knew what to expect, the process was quick and easy. Jessie set it up, came back to check on me a few times, and made it an easy, pain-free process. Afterwards, when i checked my lashes, they looked amazing! The best lift that I've had in awhile and especially in this area. You do have to put down a deposit to make your appointment, but it goes toward your appointment, so you only need to pay the difference. Overall, I had a positive experience and my lash lift lasted a good 8 weeks. I definitely recommend and would like to go back (though it is a bit far for me!).

Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. I've gotten eyelash extensions done many times before and mentioned to May how sensitive my eyes are. I would tear up every time from the fumes and when they remove the tape. May advised me to keep my contacts on so it would protect my eyes and she was very gentle! My eyes weren't irritated at all and when I opened my eyes I did not tear up! You can literally take a nap while May works her magic! I recommend May for all your lash services! They stay on for a very long time and you can swim with it on!
