It took me a long time to find someone previously who did my cut just the way I wanted. So I stopped by one evening into Eclipz to ask if they would be able to replicate my cut that was 4 weeks out. I was told, "sure, I can do that.. I can book you in two weeks, bring pictures of your cut also" I thought great, they seem confident enough to nail this cut. And when I went, I showed photos of my haircut when it was fresh.. and my stylist at Eclipz didn't really seem to be interested. My cut has always been more of an edgier, stacked a-line bob. Longest parts near my chin and then gradually up. Something that was clearly shown in my photos. And when I was done at Eclipz, my hair has this very conservative, traditional church mom bob thing done.. I was mortified, I asked if she can chop off this weird low hanging part on the sides, but she said "that's part of the cut"... well, it wasn't like the photos I had shown, and I don't have this part normally.. plus I couldn't get it corrected at this point since the front part was too short to create the style I had requested. So, I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a creative spin on any cut. If you want a traditional take.. go for it. This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. The women who work here are also so fun and truly like each other, which just creates a bubbly fun environment. Brittany is a master of what she does. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. I feel like that was really fair and nice of her to protect me like that. I also got a brow lamination and WOW! I have seen so many overly fluffy/glued brows and been scared, but she made them look so natural. I also just genuinely enjoyed being around her- her positivity is infectious. We chatted about procedures and services to try for my wedding and I never felt like I was listening to a sales pitch, it felt like chatting with a friend. I will be back for a touchup to my brow microblading and am interested in teeth whitening, spray tans, facials, and all her other services as well.

Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. Then had to redress so she could ATTEMPT to fix the issue, there are signs on the doors that say "be mindful this door doesn't close properly and may open mid session". But my biggest complaint is the staff lacking knowledge. I tried to cancel my membership and she made it impossible. She claimed she didn't know how the process worked.
