This place is incredible and is the perfect spot for a romantic evening. The servers are very attentive and friendly. Beautiful decor and many great food choices. I ordered the 10 oz Bone in Cowboy Ribeye with an amazing butter pepper sauce and my wife got the Bourbon Salmon with a tremendous salad. A wide selection in dressings. Both were cooked to perfection and very moist. The cake choices for desert are amazing. They have countless other choices that are sure to play. You will not leave hungry that is certain. If you are looking for a nice place this is one of the nicest restaurant in this country. Defiantly Corbin's hidden jewel, souther hospitality at its finest.

. After a long day of hiking and travel we arrived at Corbin. We wanted a good meal, as we had been on the road for several days eating southern food on diner found on the road. We were informed that they were completely booked for the evening as the it was Friday and the town was celebrating Halloween. But they encouraged us to show up,,so we did and we were seated. Yay!!! Jamie, our server was excellent, kind, funny, attentive, and helpful. This day they had a preset fix menu which was very much like a thanksgiving dinner. We order one serving of the chicken with mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing and the best cranberry relish. The chicken was perfect, moist and cooked throughout. Stuffing did not disappoint. The finished touch was a lemon berry meringue pie, delicious sweet ending. The atmosphere was delightful, the decor extravagant, whimsical, and exuberant. Large establishment, each room decorated in different theme with large unique pieces. Worth taking a little tour. The workers were all dressed appropriately for the night. It was a lovely experience.

Surprisingly clever restaurant in the heart of Corbin. The dining area was quite unique and elaborate. We had mixed results in our dining experience. The shrimp scampi was heavily creamed and had a little taste to it. The Hawaiian chicken was beautiful and tasty. I ordered a prime sirloin and was given prime rib instead. Not wanting to pay for that I sent it back. The server wrote my order down incorrectly. I would go back again. Our server did not seem overly familiar with the menu which may have caused the mistake with my steak. I'm on sure about that. Once I got the correct steak it was very tasty.

This place is truly one of Corbin, KY's hidden gems! It would be worth a trip just to eat lunch or dinner here! The atmosphere rivals Claridge's in London. Each room has a slightly different theme with really fine antiques and artwork beautifully presented. I can only imagine how they dress it up for the holidays...Their menu was so diverse that we had a hard time choosing our lunch. We finally settled on two of our darling hostess's favorites, their homemade chicken salad and their special Season's cheese sandwich with their sweet potato fries. The chicken salad was the BEST I have ever had and my hubby liked his cheese sandwich equally well. They both were so huge that we brought half home along with a piece of their bourbon pecan pie that we are dying to taste later. Check when they are open and do yourself a favor and come here to eat and browse...

Paul and I stopped for lunch at Seasons while on the way to Asheville. We arrived around 11:30 and were seated right away. Seasons is located in a beautiful, expansive building on Corbin's main strip. The main dining room features a wood burning fireplace, a crystal chandelier, and beautiful wood all around. The only thing about the setting that did not make sense was the music--contemporary pop. It just did not fit. Paul ordered the chicken salad platter and the red pepper tomato soup. He enjoyed both selections. I tried a bite of his chicken salad, which is made in house, and found myself wishing I had ordered that platter. I ordered the Black and Blue salad with bleu cheese dressing, and the Renaissance mushroom soup. The greens were incredibly fresh, and the dressing was impressive. Unfortunately, the steak was tough. The mushroom soup was excellent. A word about portions at Seasons--they are ridiculously massive. I live to eat, but I could only finish a third of that salad despite walking in the door famished. Our server could have been neither more friendly nor more slow. Thankfully, the former of the two is more important to me. In summary, if you are passing by Corbin and have the time for a slow paced, scrumptious meal, I recommend Seasons.

Best chicken salad EVER! This hidden gem of a restaurant will not disappoint! If you want to be blown away Go here!

What a hidden gem! Fabulous chicken salad, great service and the rooms full of trophy mounts, collectibles and antiques were amazing! Loved getting into the holiday spirit w/all the fall and Christmas decor! Can't wait to go back to dinner next trip thru!

I loved the ambiance it put off instantly It feels homey and inviting. Food... I had the Londonian salad, with the honey vinegarett dressing. My husband had the pork burger with blackberry bacon jam. Two of our appetizer plates had old food on them which was gross. I think they may need to check the dishwasher to make sure it is working correctly. The BLT was yummy. Both soups were extremely thick. The potato soup was basically mashed potatoes which I've never experienced before. Food had good flavor but very small portions for the price but that is fairly standard at brunch places. It was a nice enough experience but I probably wouldn't go back. They did provide a complementary dessert due to a birthday celebration which was a nice touch!

We arrived first and even though it was a little after 12:00 noon on a Saturday, we were promptly seated. Our server Desseray greeted us promptly, and we ordered iced teas while we waited for the son to arrive. It was a pleasant surprise to hear that both the peach and strawberry flavored teas came in unsweetened and sweetened versions! Hubby ordered the unsweetened peach tea and I enjoyed the strawberry tea. Both were delicious and thirst quenching. Hubby had the garlic tilapia and shrimp with a Caesar salad and red beans & rice, while I had a vegetable plate with the baked potato soup, broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes, baby carrots, and Southern green beans, and the son had a top sirloin steak with a Caesar salad and French fries. The Caesar salads were eaten before I could get pictures taken! All of the food was delicious, but I had to bring home the green beans and mashed potatoes for another meal. A piece of carrot cake went home with the birthday boy!", while Hubby and I brought home glasses of tea. Our server Desseray checked on us frequently, refilled Hubby's tea a few times, as well as offered to-go cups of tea, and overall provided great service for our experience. The deduction of one star is due to how the HVAC vents are positioned in the bar dining area such that air blows on diners in the booths, and the air felt cold today even with the heat on. It's not the first time that I've been cold due to this situation, but today Hubby sitting next to me instead of across from me blocked some of the air from hitting me, and I kept my scarf around my neck to block more. However, this problem is due to the design of the building and not the staff of the restaurant.

The service was fast and polite, they were quick and courteous. The food was decent, but not outstanding. I had the hot turkey sandwich, which was fine, but the mashed potatoes were very thin and I think they'd been watered down a little, the green beans were completely unseasoned, and the gravy was that neon-yellow kind that I hadn't had in 30 years and only ever saw in school cafeterias. It was perfectly okay. . .but could have been better. I'll still give it four stars for fast, good service at a low price for decent food. The menu offers comfort food, and that depiction is spot on. I had the cheeseburger with a side of coleslaw. And following that my sister and I split a hot fudge ice cream Sunday. The cheeseburger was cooked to the right temp and the veggies on board tastes very fresh. The coleslaw was really good - I grade venues like this on simple things like coleslaw, and the coleslaw was delicious. The dessert was superb and almost over the top, if we could've finished it. The layers of cake were baked well and were t flimsy but held up while we were gathering the fudge and ice cream. 5/5 Stars -- Easily one of the absolute best dining experiences in Kentucky…read more We stumbled upon this gem on Main Street in Corbin, KY today, and it completely blew us away. Located in a beautifully restored 1913 Greyhound bus station, it brings a masterclass in farm-to-table dining with original brick-and-mortar charm. It's authentic, eclectic, and classy without an ounce of pretension--you'll feel just as comfortable rolling in fresh off a lake day as you would celebrating a special occasion. What we ordered (and you need to try): Wagyu Sirloin ($29): We need to talk about this. Served with asparagus and a twice-baked potato for $29, this is easily the single best value dish within a 100-mile radius. Unbelievable quality. Salmon BLT Tacos: Pure perfection, especially after a day on the water. Burrata Cheese & Peach Salad: Absolute fire. Fresh and perfectly balanced. Birria Tacos: Exceptionally rich flavor and executed flawlessly. Blueberry Tiramisu & Limoncello: A shocker of a dessert pairing to end the night--completely knocked it out of the park. The Bar: Drinks are poured with a heavy hand and crafted strong. The open-kitchen concept lets you see the passion this team puts into their craft. Huge thanks to Draven for the warm welcome at the door, and to Laura in the kitchen who pointed us directly toward the must-try dishes and nailed every recommendation. Don't let the reasonable prices fool you--this isn't just "good for Corbin." This is foodie-certified, top-tier dining anywhere in the country. A new absolute favorite.
