I was really worried that this place was closed a bit ago. Just turns out Uncle Soon was away on travel. It's fully back and always continues to impress. Had the best crispy roast pork which is really hard to make without drying out the meat like you can get next door at Ranch99. This time had the beef rendang which was succulent and tender chunks of beef with the crisp anchovies and belacan is fire

A friend posted a few weeks ago about this place and their crispy pork belly. I was in the area and wanted to try their crispy pork belly. I ordered 1 lb of crispy pork (5/5). Definitely one of the better tasting pork bellies that I had eaten. The skin was crispy and had nice flavors. Also it was not so oily, it had a nice clean taste. While I was there, I ordered the hanian chicken with rice and the quartered leg with dry noodles. All this came from watching one too many late night eats and food vlogs in various Asian countries. Garlic rice and chicken was fall off the bones. The soy sauce roasted chicken was flavorful. Service was quick and friendly! Definitely will have to try other combos and the bbq pork!

My husband came here for a late lunch after leaving Disneyland early and glad this location was close and convenient. Parking was easy in the large free lot. It looks like a hole in the wall inside which means the food will be good because they're not trying to dress things up. Starting with Malaysian roti canai with chicken curry sauce - the curry actually had some pieces of meat in it and the roti was so flakey buttery and tasty Half and half pork belly with rice - the crispy pork belly was our favorite and if we could do over, we would get all crispy. The roast pork was ordinary. Stir fried char kwey teow rice noodles - this did not stand out in flavor or texture. It tastes like any other stir fried flat noodles with a soy sauce / oyster sauce base. Prices were fantastic and we would come back to get the roti again and try other dishes.

Found this gem while walking around the plaza! Pro tip: if you're with 3 or 4 people, get the family meal deal--it's a way better value. The food is 10/10, especially the nasi lemak (we didn't leave a single bite behind! ). They even have a cute section for Indonesian snacks. You can find them right near 85°C and the Chinese market. Highly recommend!

No wait to sit down on a Saturday afternoon at 1 PM. I'm Malaysian and this is as close as the food can get! Even the chilli was good! I bought their Crispy Prawn Chilli. $10 but very very very delicious. 100% come back. Food came out fast and hot! Only unfortunate event is it closes at 5 PM.

I actually came here many years ago but I don't remember too much from that visit so I decided to stop by again recently. Parking is easy. I ordered the noodles with roast pork, and it was pretty good. The portion was definitely enough, and I struggled to finish it toward the end. I also tried the kueh (Malaysian dessert) and it was quite good as well. I wish there was a peanut filling! Prices were fair and service was good. Recommend checking it out if you want authentic Malaysian food.

Flavorful Malaysian and Singaporean dishes with a home-cooked quality. The ambiance feels like being invited to have a meal at a family friend's house rather than visiting a traditional stuffy restaurant. I've dined here last year and recently. In general, I'd say there are some hit and misses. But when they hit, it's super delicious. And the misses are usually due to my having different expectations for the dishes as a first-timer of Malaysian cuisine. Last year, I tried the roti and chicken curry, beef rendang, char kway teow, and crispy pork belly with egg noodles. My favorite was the flaky, buttery roti with the rich chicken curry. Though I looked forward to the beef rendang the most, it didn't taste how I thought it would. Please note I've never tried the dish before, so I had previously only had the menu description to go off of. I thought it would taste more like a spiced beef curry, but it was closer to a savory stew that was a bit flat flavor-wise. The accompanying rice had a great coconut aroma, though. And I enjoyed the crunchy fried anchovies. The crispy pork belly was satisfying and lived up to its name. Its seasoning was different (in a good way) than at Viet and Chinese BBQ spots. And it paired well with the saucy egg noodles. The char kway teow didn't live up to my expectations, however. (Though I have never tried the dish before.) It was missing wok hei, and the noodles were overcooked and too mushy for my preference. The Chinese sausage also had an unusual flavor where there was a slightly sour aftertaste as if it were possibly fermented. This was my least favorite during the visit, but again, I'm not sure what this dish is supposed to taste like. My recent visit was much better because everything I ordered was a hit. I got the Michael Jackson drink (soy milk with palm sugar and grass jelly), kaya toast, and half char siu and half crispy pork with rice, which came with a bowl of chicken broth and spicy prawn oil condiment in a jar. The rice dish was so comforting. The crispy pork was as tasty as I remembered it, and the char siu was sweet and savory (though leaning more toward the former) with some smokiness. It paired well with the rice. Note that the ratio of meats is more like 2/3 char siu and 1/3 crispy pork. I was excited to try kaya toast for the first time. It came out after I finished my rice dish, and a lady from the kitchen cracked the eggs in a bowl and seasoned it tableside. The toast was yummy by itself and when dipped in the soft-cooked eggs. The kaya jam wasn't too sweet and complemented the eggs egg-cellently. By the end of the meal, I was absolutely stuffed. It was a satisfying lunch for sure.

Had a nice lunch here. If you're looking for something a little different, why not give Malaysian food a try! I expected it to be a bit spicy, but everything was pretty mild. The roti was my fave thing. So fluffy . The pork belly was fine and the soup noodles were great. I wish I had a sauce for the pork belly tho, it was a bit plain on its own

So good, we ordered more to bring home for dinner! Everyone was very friendly, seemed like a family business which was very tolerant and kind to our overactive toddler. The char sui and pork belly was perfectly cooked and juicy, and this spicy shrimp paste condiment sauce was so amazing I took a picture to remind myself to buy some.

Seasons Kitchen has a lovely backstory. A husband and wife from Malaysia made their dream come true in America by opening their restaurant in Anaheim. Offering a great menu with all the Malaysian classics. I took the chef's advice and select Hainan Chicken & Crispy Pork Belly plates. The flavors captures the essence of the cuisine really well and brought me back to my visit to Kuala Lumpur several years ago. Highly recommend Seasons Kitchen USA!!!

A friend brought some party trays from here for a potluck party and it was such a hit. We had the Roast Pork, Char Kwey Teow Stirfry Noodles, and Assorted Nyonya Kueh. The roast pork was cut into bite-sized servings and had the crispiest pork skin exterior. The noodles were also so flavorful and paired perfectly with lots of shrimp, meat, and bean sprouts which was reminiscent of a Chinese beef chow fun that I love. Finally, the nyonya kueh is a steamed rice cake dessert that everyone loved. It was not too sweet and the perfect way to end a meal--the perfect Asian compliment.

Never regret your intuition when you're about to try a new place in a new area! I have been here a couple of times and tried different dishes they have when I'm here. My favorite is still their roast pork rice. It's a different style the Hong Kong style, which I always get whenever I crave roast pork/duck. The staff are friendly and always know what to recommend. Their food comes out pretty fast too, some dishes would take time tho. It's a small mom-and-pop restaurant, so I love supporting small businesses!
